Alice was highly recommended by a family friend of ours. From the moment we first met, I knew that this would be an extremely pleasant experience. Alice is very competent and knowledgeable. I wish more people would take their professions as seriously as she does. She came very prepared, with lots of informational reading material, listings for what actually sold on the market in the area, and how much they sold for. She went straight to work and even hired a professional camera person to take pictures of the apartment. People.pictures matter. This is something you shouldn't skimp out on. Our place had an offer in less than 30 days, which I thought was incredibly impressive. She's extremely personable, yet assertive, and the results reflect that. My only regret is that I didn't hire her sooner.
