MY DAUGHTER HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE. THE STAFF IS INCREDIBLY INCOMPETENT. AND THE DENTIST HIMSELF IS NO GOOD. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

The best thing about this very busy practice is the staff. Elle is always cheery and gets you an appointment at a convenient time. She explains the insurance coverage and finances very well so I have never had any surprises. Dr. Gharda is an outstanding Dentist as well but the staff names a huge difference.

This place is amazing, I was coming from work in Astoria in Queens and was a little worried about the length of the ride but the ride there was beautiful to start. When I got there I had a great time talking to Elle (hope I spelled that right) at the front desk and they even let me charge the battery for my bike while I waited. Emily, who did my x-ray was super nice and Steven, the doctor, took such good care of me during my root canal I can honestly hardly believe it. Christy (hope I spelled that right too) even took the time to explain a prior dental procedure I had that didn’t go so well after the root canal was done. I legit love this place and it’s the best experience at the dentist that I’ve ever had. I don’t care how long the ride is, I’m coming here from now on.

1 star is actually NO STAR! Front desk is horrible and disrespectful I will never return to this office.

Went there for a check-up and dental cleaning. Dr. Gharda did a great job examining and explaining the next steps for my teeth. Emily performed the most thorough dental cleaning I've ever had. Highly recommend!

Very nice people. This office knows how to make patient feel comfortable— everything is affordable and reasonable. Elle, in the front, is hilarious, and very accommodating. Everyone that works here is very good at their job; the hygienist is fast and efficient, the dentist is approachable and takes his time to explain all the procedures. Kristy is also hilarious.

I was looking for a good Dental Practice for my mother and finally found the one at Prime Dental 2614 Ave U Brooklyn NY.
It was confirmed by mom. She said she was cared for by a wonderful staff. Elle was exceptional, caring and so welcoming. Dr. Gharda was very thorough explaining treatment plan and calmed my mom’s dental fears. Elle even sent me a selfie of herself with mom. How sweet is that! We definitely recommend Prime Dental.

I just had the best cleaning of my life, and I don't say that lightly! Ron, who cleaned my teeth, did an absolutely amazing job! He cleaned so thoroughly and so meticulously! I can't wait to come again! Everyone here is so nice and friendly. I feel family when I am here, no joke!

Amazing services! Elle is a gem, warm and welcoming. She remembers my name and asks about my family. Dr. Garda is skillful and takes his time to explain what he is doing to ease my nerves.

Yesterday I went to this clinic for the second time, they didn’t help, they just prescribed pills, I’m suffering for the second day already, at least they cleaned it or injected some kind of remedy, I’m dying of pain, they just presented huge numbers, it’s not clear why!

Everyone from the front desk, doctor, and assistants with kind and knowledgeable. I am so happy I found this place!

Dr. Gharda is the most amazing dentist! He is so gentle, patient and nice.
I can honestly say that I have never felt so relaxed going to the dentist. The secretaries are also amazing, especially Elle. I really recommend this dentist.
