4I am an RN for 31 years. Most of my working years I have spent doing homecare. I never worked for this company but I wish I did. They are great. I had nursing, PT and OT. I loved them all. My case manager was on top of everything. I had a fall into my tub and broke both shoulders and humerus. My surgon is so impressed with the function of my arms and my healing. I owe it to my Prime Staff.
No one ever gets back to you, my supplies are taking more than a week and I was told 2 days. Workers never get back to you or log information in because every time I called they would say did not get that in the log first time I’m hearing of it.mind you I had 3 ppl already come to my house before that and was told to call for follow up and I get no help smh worst
Terrible service. The PT person never showed up. The nurse came and took info and never heard back from them. Nothing. I tried calling and was told to dial O for assistance and was left on hold indefinitely. Had a total knee replacement and can’t believe this company was recommended
No other company better to work than Prime Home Health, they're the best! Grateful for all that prime has done for me. The staff is amazing and caring. Therapist and Nurses are phenomenal
