There are No STARS listed to describe the POOR SERVICE this establishment offers. If this site should come up as a place to Park PLEASE go the other way. Like they said in the color purple "Don't Do Miss Sealy". They rent out space that they don't even have, and then you have to go through hoops to get your money back. TERRIBLE, terrible just awful business.
LIKE I SAID THERE ARE NO STARS TO BE GIVEN COMPANY SUCKS! KICK ROCKS! THIEVES!

AVOID THIS PLACE! This place is dirty, unorganized and unprofessional. They lost my key, lost my car, had us wait 60+ minutes to get picked up from JfK. We ended up waiting another hour at the parking lot. The driver didn't speak English and after reading my confirmation paper, still drop us off at their other lot. "He's on the way. He come" is their famous line.

As the person describes before if you are late they will charge you 15 dollars plus tax for everyday extended they will not take an extension from whatever website you used to book. Shuttle bus when we called from the airport the person said wait outside by passenger pick up b. Waited at least 30 mins in the cold. Least they can do is call to let you know when they are going to be out there so you can wait in the terminal. The first parking lot initially booked was full jfk fast spot airport parking then they send you to this parking lot prime park which is 6 mins away. I give them one star they took the snow off my car. No social distancing in shuttle bus. Be ready to be crammed with as many people as they can fit.

Zero Stars * do not use this place. 50 mins to an hour wait for the shuttle, and then when we returned from our trip they lost the keys to my car. They had us wait over 3 hours before they told me we had to get pay for our own Uber to go home, and to return, and call back in the morning and that they will provide a new key for our car. I will be updating this review in the morning as I advised them they better give me the same exact key fob for the car they lost and that they would Refund me the cost of the Uber. Let’s see if they can make this horrendous customer service experience right.

Don't park here they charged me more for my car because they say its a SUV 4$ more per day.then when i get back i told them to get reedy my car since it was late at night they told me first to get there then they will get reedy my car get there they charged me $22 more because i was 3 hours late to to my plan being delayed.then it took them 25 min to get them my car.please stay away from this place will never park here again.

I wish I could leave this place NO STARS! This place is super unprofessional. Front desk is rude (Jean). As we arrived we had to wait 45 minutes for a shuttle in the cold. We would ask front desk “May you call the driver to see where he’s at? ” As he was speaking to the driver over the phone he would speak a different language and then hung up kept telling us “the driver is 5-10 minutes away”, sometimes kept ignoring us when we would ask where’s the driver. He stated “we can take and Uber to the terminal” while in a irritated manner. No social distancing, nobody is wearing a mask, you’re crammed in a van.

Returning from our trip we called for a pick up they said (their famous line) “the driver is 5-10 minutes”away had to wait 30 minutes in passenger pick up in the cold. We get to the lot waited another 30 minutes, the yard driver and front desk (Jean again) do not communicate at all. Meanwhile another couple was complaining where is the shuttle to be taken to the terminal. I’m glad it wasn’t just us.

Arrived from a week trip to find two individuals arguing with attendants about lost keys. They were told to basically take an Uber home, not being covered financially and they would receive a call the next day. What a nightmare I thought to myself.to only find out they also misplaced my key. They had no idea where the key went. Fortunato I have OnStar and Cadillac app on my car and was able to see that the car had not been moved since parked. I unlocked my car using the app to find out they had locked my key in my car. Although I was able to get into my car and get home, others may not be so lucky. BEWARE, NOT a responsible parking lot.

DO NOT PARK HERE. Avoid avoid avoid.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. How is this place still in business. They upcharge you for an SUV as if it requires more then one spot. Front desk is not professional at all. There is no shuttle every 5 - 7 mins. We as well as other customers waiting had to call Ubers to get to the airport. I took pictures of my car before I left just in case something happened. When we got back I called for the shuttle and the front desk told me it would be about 5 - 15 mins. Called again and was told it would be another 10 mins because the shuttle was at other terminals. After an hour of waiting took another Uber back to retrieve my car. The front desk did not care or show any remorse. Had an attitude like it wasn't his problem. There was already people waiting to get their car and they too had to make their own way to the parking lot because there is no frequent shuttle only one van. People who actually took the shuttle complained about how dangerous the driver drove the van. Never again.

When you arrive it is very unorganized. Person at the desk hustled me and others as I saw. The man after me had the desk person call his boss or owner. After making a online reservation and paying online. They demanded to charge a additional $3 or more for small suvs to pick up trucks. They didn’t have change for $20 so they told me you pay now I’ll give you money when you get back. The shuttle broke down and we were unable to get transportation to the airport. I asked for reimbursement for my Uber I had to take or I would miss my flight. The owner became very irate. Threatened to put my car on the side of the street as I arrived to the airport in my Uber. My mother went to get my car and now my car can not be found. When my car was retrieved after 2 hours of waiting there was damage to it. The men at the counter just laughed and said ill get over it!

This is the same company as AirLot. They sent me here from Airlot, which already has horrible reviews as well. And the shuttle from the airport will make a stop there basically one company WHICH YOU SHOULD NOT USE.one shuttle you will need to wait 30 minutes in the cold when they say one minute. 1 person working at the yard and 1 shuttle. Horrible service. Check out SmartPark seen like 5 of those shuttles while i was waiting for mine. And no this is not an ad. Very serious!

We arrived to long term Parking at 5: 30am the driver (Carlos) never showed up at the pick up site after 45 minutes of waiting for him. The front desk personnel called him 3 times to let him know we were there and each time he said he was 3 minutes or 5 minutes away. As per Carlos he told us "its a free shuttle and he does not have to pick us up or we can wait 45 minutesand or we can take an uber to the terminal". Poor customer service and unacceptable rude behavior from Carlos the driver we were almost late checking into or flt.

Horrible, avoid it at all costs. They lie about their shuttle. They say it’s a 24/7 shuttle, when there is literally one van that comes once every 60+ minutes. When asking where the shuttle is, they say “it will be here in 5-10 minutes” (lying). My mother and I arrived at the lot very early, well before our flight was to take off. Shuttle was so late that we ended up getting to our gate just in time for boarding. Once my mother and I returned back, we called the place and the shuttle 11 times, but nobody answered. We ended up having to pay $16 for a cab, to take us to the lot. Then we waited 20 minutes to have our car brought out. Overall, it’s very unorganized and unprofessional. DON’T GO HERE!

Super unprofessional and DIRTY! When I first arrived the desk person was sleeping and kept picking his nose.he wasn’t even wearing a mask! Upon my return I called before my 3 hour flight to let them know I was on the way back and when I arrived. I was told to wait by passenger 6 pick up and waited for over 40min in 36 degree cold weather. When I called to see where the shuttle was no one answered any of my calls then I had to take a taxi that cost an additional $17. When I arrived they had the nerve to try and charge me an additional charge. I called the manager and he was super rude and arrogant! I will never park here again and I will worn others to not waist their time or money. No organization at this place and horrible customer service! They need to shut this place down and open it up for someone who knows how to actually run a business in a clean professional manner!

DONT DO IT LOOK FOR A BETTWR PLACE THEY ARE NOT IN THE POE BUSINESS WE PAID EXTRA FOR SUV. THEY SAID CALL THE 800 WHEN YOU GET YO THE AIRPORT AND WE WILL PICK U UP 45 mins WAITING WE HAD TO TAKE A TAXI TO THEM. DONT PARK THERE!

Reserved at JFK FastSpot Airport Parking, upon arrival was instructed to park at other location, because this lot was full. Payed additional fee for SUV at original location and was given paper slip. Drove and parked at other location: 15115 Lefferts Blvd, Queens, NY 11420.
Real trouble started while coming back from vacation. Called after landing to notify of arrival, was instructed to call when ready for pickup. Had to make several calls when was ready, no one was picking up. Finally, got an answer to go to pickup/location # for pickup. Waited at least 30min in cold until shuttle showed up, shuttle was full and packed. Didn't want to wait another 30min, decided to take an Uber. Got an Uber and it was very hard to find place because original paper slip had a different address. Called multiple times for address, but no one picked up phone. After multiple calls and $45 Uber charge, we were at the parking lot.
NOW this gets even better. I was asked to help look for suv, since they CAN NOT FIND OUR SUV. Ok, I am thinking many cars look alike. After making 2-3 rounds around parking lot for 20-30 min in the dark and snow, I am starting to THINK the suv was STOLEN. Lucky our son spotted suv parked behind building and NOT in parking lot. WHY? As I come closer to the suv and notice that driver DOOR WAS SLIGHTLY OPEN. I open the door and not a single light bulb went on. Battery must have died. WHY? They offered portable jump start, which has died before the suv could be started. They found cables and battery was charged but SUV wouldn't start. I have noticed that GAS was EMPTY. WHY? I knew that I have left at least half tank of fuel. I can only IMAGINE what happened to that FUEL. I was able to locate fuel with their help and filled the tank and suv started no problem. No apologies, no offers to remedy the situation. All this non-sense took between 3-4 hours. Boy I was wrong, when I was thinking what can go wrong with parking a car. I hope you will find this review useful in making your decision.

DO NOT PARK THERE. They are thieves we had to pay extra for having an SUV and they did not pick us up from the airport. They never answer the phone to schedule a shuttle.

Absolutely awful. Beware of their scams. Firstly I paid to park at JFK FastSpot airport parking and they had moved my car to this parking lot (a 10 minute drive away not next door) without my permission. Then the staff didn’t even know about this and it took forever for them to realize this, after a long flight all you want to do is go home.

Also beware that if you end up extending your trip or have a flight delay or cancellation you will be charged $18 for each day you are late, regardless of what fee you paid initially to book. This will only be accepted in cash. The whole thing is so unprofessional and I’m not even sure it’s legal to move a car without permission. Will never book with them again.
