Princess Bakery, Massapequa NY

This place is my new favorite in town. Very friendly staff, accommodating and so much choices in flavor. Ordered my son's cake here with Nutella filling, his favorite, and everyone complimented the taste and the cost very reasonable. I will go here for everything. *I added the toys.

I was super excited to try this place but am very disappointed. I called them about a week ago to order my boyfriend’s 25th birthday cake. I told them to decorate it however they thought for a 25 year old man, nothing crazy but to look cute! I come in, got my cake and it was half decorated on the sides, and the writing was crooked on the cake not even centered. It didn't look like they put any thought or work into it at all! Besides that, the cake was terrible and had an awful taste. It was super dry and sour tasting. Definitely not even close to worth it for the $50 that I spent! Super disappointing!

My sons baptism cake turned out wonderful we got cannoli inside of it turned out wonderful everybody loved it. The cake decorator is very nice and we communicated on what exactly I like on it. We all had a blast. Thank you

Awesome bakery. Wide variety of yummy goods to select from. Everything is fresh and delicious. A must visit anytime you are in the area.

Update. I just visited yesterday again and ordered a cake for my sister’s birthday. OMG, just as delicious and amazing as last time. This is the place to go. Don’t let the negative reviews fool you, there’s a reason there are far more good reviews. Try out their cupcakes and cookies as well. Delicious and worth a visit anytime I’m around. Staff is amazing as well.

Fantastic place.always so kind and welcoming. Their cannolis are to die for! Love those and their jelly donuts are so fricken good! They are not cheap with the filling at all!

I have visited this bakery for many years and it is always excellent. The staff is very friendly and listens to your wishes. The cakes are very delicious and are not dry like in many other bakeries in the area. The cookies and other desserts are out of this world. I highly recommend them

Couldn't and WOULDN'T think to go to another bakery. This bakery has been my top pick for all my birthday cakes and when I'm craving a little dessert. I have never been disappointed from a danish to the cakes all have been so fresh and decorated as i requested!

We called pretty last minute needing a cake smash cake for our daughter and they were so incredibly helpful and more accommodating than I could have imagined. First, I just told them a color and they came up with a beautiful design idea right over the phone. They made sure to call before they closed to make sure we picked up our cake since they were closed the following day. My daughter loved it, the cake came out beautiful in photos, and it was delicious and my family really enjoyed it. Everyone I interacted with from the phone call to pickup were so kind, and I honestly expected to pay more for such a beautiful tall cake smash cake. Great experience, and we will continue to come back.

Intricately designed delicious cakes and pastries. Princess Bakery provides a variety of cake flavors and staff are attentive to specific requests of their customers. My favorite thus far is their tiramisu! I confidently recommend this bakery and without a doubt will continue coming here!

We purchased 2 muffins and cookies, and it was so hard that our teeth almost broke! The cannoli was another problem! SOUR TASTE!

I am very disappointed in the quality of work. I just picked up an order of cupcakes for a birthday party and I can not get over how horrible they look. I am beginning to think they forgot my order and rushed to finish it on time. They charged $4 a cupcake, the cupcake looks like it is worth $1 and that is being nice. The icing does not cover the entire cupcake, and you can clearly see they had no interest in doing a nice job! Such a disappointment. I will not be coming here ever again.
