Loud and rude employees. The women at the front are extremely rude, Why are they yelling when speaking to people? I will suggest you bring alcohol wipes or sanitizer because when someone takes your fingerprints they do not use gloves so their bare hands are on top of yours and the person who took my prints had dry and rough hands? I actually felt disgusted luckily I had alcohol and wipes in my bag.

When you are waiting there are so many roaches. This is disgusting. Seems like they don't clean properly or not exterminator.

The environment is good. One of the guy of the fingerprints I forgot his name is so rude and unprofessional with our clients that I sent to get fingerprints. He said the that their Identogo employee are telling lies. I got surprised because is the same company.

The rest is good

Busy place. You gotta scan a qr code as you go in, wait like it's the DMV to be called. But once you're called it's in an out. From start to finish: 1-hour despite having an appointment

I arrived early so I can get my fingerprinting done, but as I sat in the waiting area the reps were so rude with the customers. The room was filled with people who were early yet they would not take you early. They ask you to scan the code, and will not take you early. How efficient is that? NASTY people Nasty, they don't have any customer service rude.

Staff (especially Clarisse) were super helpful in explaining the process to me and making sure I got the correct services that I needed.

My experience here was super. Made an appointment and had to wait no more than a couple of minutes to be called in for my prints to be taken. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend.

Be patient with the long wait time even if you already pre-scheduled... They are short staffed... And the people that work there are nice.

Very bad experience from my end. There are 3 people at the reception. Out of those 2 are extremely rude. Do not want to use the exact word of what they did but they behaved rudely to people like me. They heckled me unnecessarily and made me go back and forth for documents. A lot of it was not even mandatory. Not telling me in the first time but wanting me to go back and forth. It seemed like they did not want my work done. In the end I directly asked her do you want me to leave and not come back to which she did not have an answer. In the end got my work done with a lot of difficulty. This place needs help with DEI training.

Had to get my fingerprints done for CPA application. I only had to wait for a couple minutes. Their fee is $50 and they accept cards.

I was trying to figure out how to get my fingerprints in New York for my Florida Real Estate License. As I searched the internet I finally came across a company that had a website that was easy to navigate. To alleviate any uncertainties I may have had, I called in as well. I was met on the other line by a woman named Kathy. She was not only friendly but also extremely knowledgeable and made this process super easy. THANK YOU KATHY. She seemed happy to help and walked me through step by step to ensure all of my needs were met. Big shout out to PrintScan and bigger shoutout to Kathy. I have a same day appointment and I'm very satisfied with the PrintScan experience.

So awesome! Did my finra scan with B or Bee (idk) and she was super nice and did for me in less than a minute. It took my other friends close to an hour to do. Soo fresh.

This place is terrible. Find another location if you can. What’s the point of having an appointment and scheduled time when you still have to wait (over 30mins) after your scheduled appointment. I even arrived at my appointment 30mins ahead of my scheduled appointment. A total waste of my time.

This place is unorganized. The front desk doesn’t care about your appointment time at all and keep ask people waiting. The appointment has passed 40mins but on one cares
