Priority 1 Urgent Care reviews
19Consistently a positive experience with kind, caring providers and staff. I walked in 15 minutes before closing on a Sunday and every single staff member was happy to help me out. Urgent care is never fun, but if you have to be there, this is the one to use.
We were told by an unfriendly woman at the front desk that the wait would be 1-1.5 hours. After an hour and 40 minutes we were told it would be another 30 minutes. We canceled and went to another provider.
Amazing service. Such a friendly and welcoming staff. Once you get through the waiting room they have you in and out in a few minutes!
This place values money of saving a human life! That's extremely pathetic. Doctor David Robinson lies to his patients aswell. I will definitely be climbing the ladder to make sure nobody goes through what I just did at this place. I would definitely stay away from this place! THEY JUST CARE ABOUT MONEY EVEN WITH A MEDICAL EMERGENCY!
To your response: that just goes to show you only care about money even though most of the insurance pays for the visit. I will certainly go to any extent I have to to make sure this don't happen again!
Had a great experience at my first visit. Will definitely go there again. Short wait, pharmacy right next door and they followed up with me to make sure I was feeling better! They showed me genuine care and concern.
I came in at 8 o’clock sharp after work. The pain in my arm and neck and shoulder was unbearable. The people that work here are absolutely wonderful and always greet you with a smile. I am truly blessed to be able to come to a place like this, and get treatment to feel better, I would recommend one urgent care to everyone that I care about who is looking for medical care.
I arrived at 4: 20 and no one was behind the desk. I waited until 4: 32 until someone came out and asked "are you here to visit someone? " I told her I was hoping to get a sore throat looked at. "Oh, we stop taking patients at 4: 30, " she said. (They close at 5.) I told her I had been waiting there but no one was behind the desk. "I had to go to the bathroom, " she explained and told me to go to a different urgent care.
Quick friendly service. I got to see a real doctor and she listened. She helped me where two visits to a different urgent care couldn't
Serious prejudice vibes. If you’re a person of color go elsewhere, this is not a safe place.
My go to place for urgent care needs. Staff is awesome and the doctors are really informative! Thanks Dr. Robinson!
I've called 5 times since 8am trying to get a hold of the front desk to ask a question about insurance because it's around the corner and the phone says he the office is still closed at 8: 20am when the office opens at 8am! Very discouraging now ill just wait to go to the one that opens at 9am
Dr. Jonathan Halperts facility is a prime example of what’s wrong with todays PRIVATE healthcare system. INSURED and injured but refused to be treated without payment first and unfortunately I didn’t have my wallet on me so I was unable to give them my insurance information (they wouldn’t take it verbally they needed to scan the card). With that being said I was denied treatment for an open wound that needed 11 stitches. Money and greed over the oath a Dr.took, again I wasn’t without insurance. I’m unable to review any care provided so first impression by the receptionist was that she hadn’t a care in the world what my situation was, she was snarky, and sounded like a robot with such generic script based answers, it wasn’t very good. If I could have waited 20 minutes my insurance card would have been brought to me. Regardless it was taken care of but I’m not a fan of private practices ability to turn away because they want to.
RESPONSE to my review:
Quick to point out your process which dictates which clients are truly urgent in your opinion. Those who have payment first are priority, not their health. As I stated, I have insurance but I did not have my wallet with me, had I not sliced myself open I would have been in a more relaxed mindset and grabbed my wallet. You’re quick to respond to every negative review with a reason as to why a “client” had a negative experience with your opinion rather than offering a solution. Others see your responses, might I add, are like a teenager trying to prove their point in a mute situation, as just that, excuses rather than solutions. Good thing you’re keeping your oath, well played.
Serious dog bite to skull and face, bloody rags covering the open wounds. Sat in St Peter's ER for 5 hours without so much as a time estimate, watching people with tummy aches queue up. Called it quits, drove here. Doctor had me in in under 10 minutes, 18 stitches to head skull nose and chin. Plastic surgeon sang his praises afterwards about quality of stitches. Thank you.
I have been to Priority One Urgent Care three times and have always had excellent care. The sparkling clean office, friendly competent reception, wonderful nursing staff and Dr. Halpert's care are all 5 star!
I wish I could give zero stars, I came in with my mother because I had to be driven since I had cut my hand open pretty significantly. The lady working had no compassion, was rude and slow as a sloth, and had no care in the world to the fact that my hand was bleeding into a wad of paper towels and i needed to be seen immediately. She suggested that I cannot be seen unless I (myself) fill out paperwork even though i had both hands occupied. She had a nasty attitude and look on her face and had no sympathy whatsoever.someone should remind her she is working at URGENT care, and she should learn what the word means.
I guess I’ve lucked out the two times I’ve been to this U. C. — no long wait, even on a holiday Monday this time. The kind of professionalism and competence shown by Dr. Shoemaker today and by Dr. Halpert in the past are why I’m more than willing to drive a little farther to get great care for issues that can’t be delayed. I was seen today for a flare-up of a back problem, complicated by medication limitations. Dr. Shoemaker understood my condition & went above & beyond — conferring twice with the pharmacy & with me — to ensure that I’d get a medication that wouldn’t risk an unsafe interaction. I left with a plan, a referral, & hope for relief. They practice medicine the way it should be.
We received exemplary care! This will be my first stop in the future. Thorough, kind and
Great care!
They don’t know the definition of urgent care. Slow as a sloth, busy doing paper work in digital age.
Unfriendly reception, wrong timing shown here. If you people are closed between 1-4 pm why the hell you have it has open here
In case of emergency what people do, such unprofessional center
