Dr. Joanna and her team are great. I switched from my previous dentist to her office several years ago and don’t regret the decision at all. She is very thorough in her work and makes sure that you understand the entire process start to finish. It truly feels like a dental partnership which is something that I never experienced before. Due to covid19 I am afraid to go to the dentist but this office assure me it is safe to still do your regular dental check up. The office is very clean, welcoming and very polite front desk. I usually look at every detail in a dental office because I use to work in the field. From appointment to treatment, they office took care of my insurance before my visit. The day of treatment front desk was excellent, I did the pre screening and temperature testing for covid19. In the chair I did my X-ray (digital), the assistant was very professional, she Introduce and I got my choice of music as well which makes me more relaxed. Happy thank you! Dr Hong introduced her self went through i need to know details from my radiographic image. The cleaning went well but more importantly Dr Hong was on point when it comes for the Diagnostic and her recommendation. "See you all again"

Dr. Hong is an awesome dentist! Obviously going to the dentist is not something most people look forward to, but my visit couldn't have been more pleasant!

I called Pristine Dental after having some gum and toothaches, and luckily was able to be seen same-day.
The office is busy but clean, and I was called right after filling out some initial paperwork on my dental history and medical history. Dr. Hong was very friendly and professional, listening attentively to my discomfort, and diagnosed the issue and treated me with care and efficiency. She also gave helpful tips on dental hygiene, which honestly I probably needed a refresher on as it's not something I think of as much as I should.

Will certainly be back for my future needs and regular cleaning!

I also took x-rays of my teeth and Dr. Hong educated me about my oral health condition and gave recommendations that are necessary for me. She was honest and explained treatment plans thoroughly. I’ve been going to Dr Hong’s practice for the last couple of years and always had pleasant experience. But this review is specifically about Invisalign that I got thanks to her recommendation. I’ve heard from dentists that I have over-biting issues but didn’t think much of it. Dr Hong suggested that I consider getting it fixed with Invisalign soon as some of my teeth were starting to show enamel wear. She was very patient with my numerous questions and after mulling it over for over a month I decided to get it over with. Fast forward a few months, I am finally down to my second last one, and results are noticeable even to naked eye! I love, love, love how it turned out.

I am grateful that Dr Hong was patient with me when I asked her a number of questions and she didn’t pressure me at all when it took me weeks to decide. I think it’s also cool that she offered to remove the attachments when I told her that I might have to do a photoshoot a few months in. Thanks Dr Hong!

Would highly recommend Pristine Dental and Dr. Hong to anyone. Went in for a regular checkup and cleaning and had an excellent experience. Checking in was quick and Dr. Hong was extremely friendly and professional, walking me through every step and answering in detail all the questions I had regarding my current conditions and optimal dental care. Even asked what music I'd prefer to have on while conducting the cleaning. She was very transparent with the pricing and recommendations for an additional procedure.

Dr. Joanna Hong is a Miracle Worker. Dedicated Smart and incredibly competent, she's the one you want to have by your side during extractions or anything. Dr. Hong was incredible! I went in for an overdue routine cleaning and she was personable, professional and thorough. She took an X-ray and gave me detailed advice on my regular dental maintenance. I'm going to have a follow-up visit in November!
