I'm a first time wig client. Donna is very sweet, patient, caring and knowledgeable. She makes you feel comfortable. Don't hesitate to go see her for all of your wigs and hair accessories.

I'm starting chemotherapy soon, and my specific regiment will definitely result in hair loss. I went to Donna in anticipation of this - she was absolutely lovely and I had a lot of fun trying on different styles. I wouldn't say I'm looking forward to losing my hair, but I am excited about the wigs I bought!

From the moment we walked into her shop, Donna made us feel comfortable. My husband came with me to help me make my wig choice. Donna made sure that he felt welcome too. She showed me a few wigs that she thought I would like. I had emailed her a picture of myself and thoughts on what I was looking for. As we tried them on she gave me ideas on how to style them and make them look like what I wanted. She educated me on how best to take care of the wigs as well. She was very kind and you can tell that she is passionate about what she does. The wig selection is very good and they are of a nice quality. Her many years of experience is invaluable. She also includes styling/cuts in the price which is better than buying through the mail. I have had a few follow up questions and she has responded back to me either same or next day. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a wig. You won't be disappointed.

I have total hair loss from Alopecia Universalis. Donna helped me with my journey by introducing me to my first wig experience in an intimate, private setting. My best friend joined us and we had so much fun trying on different styles from Donna’s collection! This experience was healing and therapeutic for me. Donna was WONDERFUL! Extreme thinning hair & alopecia-like symptoms run in my family due to an untreatable genetic condition. I had started wearing wigs a couple years back, and my mother was also getting to a point where she was very unhappy with her hair and didn’t know what to do. Donna, the owner of Private Room Fittings de Donna, LLC is nonetheless, AMAZING! She is very professional and accommodating. She returned my call, accommodated my needs for the same morning and gave me ample time to go through all her styles. She has a significant amount of styles on hand, long, mid and even short. Being I am on a time crunch [was looking for a shorter style for a party this weekend] I was limited on styles and colors to what was in stock, however I still was not disappointed. By far this is a great business and the owner is fun! I will be returning and making another purchase for sure. Thank you Donna for all your help and for making an uncomfortable situation feel comfortable.

Donna is so good with her clients. I’ve been to see her a few times and she honestly knows what is best for my hair.
