The entire staff at Promotion Physical Therapy is the BEST! They all work as a team to provide excellent care for their patients. All of them (office staff, therapists and assistants) are second to none.

For the Woodhaven location: Great people here. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. If you need PT for any reason, this is the place to go. They helped me with my knee, back, hands and shoulder. Fantastic everytime, I always feel better after going to here.

This is the place to go for physical therapy. I would never go anywhere else. For every issue that I’ve had, I always come here and leave in better shape. Paul is great and makes sure you’re comfortable. All the staff is nice and welcoming. He adheres to all COVID-19 procedures as well. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I've been going their off an on for about 15 years. They are very professional. They make you feel like family. I've never had a bad experience. The office space and gym space is very clean. Their rest rooms are super clean. The staff is always eager to help. I highly recommend Pro Motion Physical Therapy.

I’ve been coming to promotion physical therapy for some years now. The staff is highly professional and knowledgeable in all areas, diverse and multi-lingual physical therapists, plenty of on site parking, comfortable atmosphere with plenty of modern equipment. The facility is kept clean at all time’s and is Covid-19 compliant. Great place to come heal and feel better.

Phenomenal service! And i dont use thos words at all when i usually do a review, but i can honestly say the level of professionalism and hospitality are above and beyond. I can definitely say that the way things are explained and properly taught about ones specific injury is reassuring and a relief to know you are in good hands. This has been my third time going and and even though i now live 20 minutes further, there is no other place i trust.
