Made an appointment over a week ago for my birthday, had a whole day scheduled around getting my nails done, just to show up and then not have anyone there to do my nails? Pathetic.

The owner was extremely rude to my elderly mother, will never ever recommend going there again very disappointed

Been coming here for over a year and I am never disappointed when I leave. Holly is wonderful and always exceeds my expectations. She is honest; pays attention to detail and takes pride in her work. Prices are very reasonable. Nails are of wonderful quality and lots of colors to choose from.

Holly recently did eyebrow tatoos and I absolutely love the results. Not only are my brows very natural looking, but they're shaped ever so subtly that they open up my eye area, making me look younger. If I had known how great they'd look and how happy I'd be with the results I would have done this so much sooner! I'm a big fan of a natural look - one more reason I love this salon is their huge selection of natural/soft nail colors - best around!

Been going to Holly for years. Always a beautiful job & I get many compliments on my nails. Today I tried something new… Chrome… OMG luvvv them! Lexi who does my pedis which she does an amazing job at helped picked the color. Fabulous. Great job by both.

I've been using Pro Nails for well over 7 years now and I have to say Pro Nails is the best nail salon in Monroe county. The owner, Holly, is the most professional nail manicurist I've ever dealt with over my many years getting my nails done here in Rochester. Her salon is always impeccably clean and always a welcoming environment to visit. Pro Nails has a huge selection of nail polishes. They do both acrylic and gel manicures. I can't say enough about how generous the owner is and how much amazing work she does for the disadvantaged people both here in Rochester and in her home country, Vietnam. Stop in and get a manicure from her or one of their staff. You won't be disappointed. I know I wasn't 7 years ago when a friend recommended Pro Nails to me. So, I stopped in and have continued to stop in now for over 7 years.
