Over the past month, I have been going to Tanishka Dabade at Professional PT Murray Hill regarding my persistent knee pain. Her expert guidance has contributed to a significant transformation in my health status. Tanishka provides an exceptionally attentive care, ensuring availability not only during the allotted session hours but also readily extending her support beyond the schedule to accommodate any queries or concerns that may arise.

She designs individual exercise plans that works for you, and focuses on correct body positioning during the exercises; she willingly assists in adjusting the form whenever required. Whilst devising exercise routines, she is careful to consider individual requirements and skill levels. She has a clear understanding of pushing boundaries for growth and enhancement of strength, without imposing any undue strain or stress.

Her exercise regimen is meticulously designed to optimize the health progression, gradually adapting to the individual's evolving strength and stamina, but never intensifying to a point of exhaustion or undue exertion.

I started seeing Tanishka Dabade while I was training for my first half marathon. I’ve never been much of an athlete, and I developed medial shin splints from overuse. I was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to complete my race. Tanishka was an excellent PT! She developed a plan for me that included rehab, stretching and strengthening exercises. Every week I progressed and would leave our sessions feeling like I got a good workout in. My pain became SO much more manageable and I was getting stronger. Tanishka helped me get to race day and I never felt better! I highly recommend her as a PT. She was patient, friendly and professional - and most importantly she pushed me to improve as an athlete.

Professional Physical therapy is great! The therapists and staff are amazing. Tanishka Dabade has been treating me for about 3 months and it has been great. Tanishka’s initial assessment helped target my main problem and also found a few areas where I could strengthen to help prevent reinjury. Tanishka is constantly incorporating new exercises as I get stronger and provides at home exercises so I can stay on track with my recovery. I highly recommend Tanishka.

I love the Physical Therapy they do here! Everyone is so nice and the environment is so comfortable. I came in with my hip in extreme pain, and after 3 appointments it is already feeling mostly back to normal! Highly recommend

Joe and the entire team at the Park Ave location are wonderful to work with. They took time to explain exercises, what movements to feel for, and how to improve my form. After a few weeks of care, my pain and mobility have greatly improved. I highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy.

Tanishka is the best physical therapist I have ever had. I came in a with a serious ankle sprain and she devised a three phase plan to rehab my injury. She knows how to push their clients to give their best effort while also maintaining a great amount of patience and professionalism. I have completely recovered thanks to her. I recommend her and Professional Physical Therapy to anyone looking for proper treatment.

Professional Physical Therapy is a great place for Physical Therapy. I have lower back problems and the therapy they provide helps my back tremendously. I highly recommend this facility for physical therapy. Also Allison is a great therapist, love her

Tanishka is amazing, very thorough and doesn’t push you out of your comfort zone ever. I started not being able to walk a block with out leg pain and I just finished here at professional PT and just ran a 41 minute 10k all thanks to her. I’d recommend to anyone!

I very much enjoy going here and working with Tani. Everyone is kind and helpful. The place is immaculate and calming. My knee is progressing really nicely too. I highly recommend this place.

I had to return to Professional Physical Therapy after I walked 15 miles in Toronto one day (true story) and re-injured an old running injury. PPT did such a fabulous job a year ago and I felt so confident knowing that I would again be getting fantastic PT from them. I am so grateful to the team: Jena, Allison, Keith, Abby and Vidya (and Catty) who keep the schedule running smoothly at the front desk. They are truly professionals, not to mention the fact that they are very well-organized and make you feel comfortable during your sessions. I highly recommend!

Professional Physical Therapy is truly amazing! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I needed to strengthen my ankle and calf (from an old running injury) before a hiking trip I was due to go on and the staff was truly fabulous! This place is run like a well-oiled machine - from the Front Desk staff (Catty and Vivian) who are super knowledgeable about your insurance to the Physical Therapists and their assistants (Jena Roe, Allison and Keith) I felt like I was in good hands (no pun intended) during all my sessions. I am so grateful that I chose this facility and experienced staff. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy (Murray Hill). Over the past three years, I have been to a lot of PT places. This place has been the best by far!

All of the staff is amazing. I have been working with Jena and she truly has my best interests in mind and helps me reach my goals. Jena always has in mind what activities I enjoy and want to get back to doing in my daily life. Jena is super responsive to my calls and emails in between sessions (this is rare to find and so appreciated!). Jena provides me various strategies that I can use to support myself while at home in between sessions. They are super accommodating with scheduling and have lots of times available for different work schedules. I will never go anywhere else for PT again! Allison is also great!

Had a fantastic PT experience here rehabbing my knee after an ACL reconstruction surgery. Alison was an amazing and caring PT who made the experience so much better than it could have been. I worked with her for over a year until I was fully comfortable running again. The office itself is a very pleasant atmosphere (lots of natural light, clean, etc) and everyone who works there, from reception to the aides, was so pleasant and lovely. Would absolutely go back or recommend to a friend!

I feel so grateful to have found Jena Roe at PPT. She makes PT something that I look forward to. I feel empowered by the knowledge of stretches and exercises, I can feel and see the ways my strength has increased and nobody gives a better massage than Jena:) Equally important, the entire staff at this location is kind and caring. It is literally a place where everyone knows your name. I cannot recommend them enough.
