Professional Gynecological Services, Brooklyn NY

Honestly, one of the few places that have top notch customer service, quality of care & professionalism! Making an appointment was easy, lots of room with scheduling. Being there was nice not a long wait at all was in & out within an hour. The medical assistant I think her name was Jasmine was super friendly & personable! The doctor was nice as well! Overall a great experience!

Excellent services were offered, staff are friendly with great customer service skills. I love my Gynecologist (Asya). Thank you all!

Second time coming and it will be my last but that place is just unorganized. I’ve called on two separate occasions to my appointment for them to tell me that I never made an appointment. The staff in the front always looks like they don’t want to be there and have this nonchalant attitude. I remember on one of my appointments I made a certain appointment for a doctor and they set me up with the wrong doctor and when I was with this doctor her attitude was terrible. She has blonde hair blue eyes and her name is either Goldstein or Goldman but I sensed her frustrations and seen that she was taking it out on others to but felt like it was completely unprofessional to show that type of behavior, ESPECIALLY TO SOMEONE WHO JUST WANTED HELP WITH HER HEALTH. Something is telling me if I was a white patient that would of never happened. But I’m okay now no thanks to this place

Office and staff is great overall. They’re nice, professional, rooms are clean and sanitary and docs have a good bedside manner. They are thorough and are willing to answer any questions or concerns you have. It’s easy to get an appointment. My only issue is that it’s always a very long wait time even when you have a scheduled appointment.

There may be good practitioners here, but I was very disappointed by the utter lack of care I received. I waited over 5 weeks and had to insist someone other than my examining doctor give me my results, despite having time sensitive health issues. No one seems to take any responsibility for the fact that their systems are failing their patients.

There is always a long wait time with or without an appointment. The front desk does not communicate with the patients regarding the wait time.very unorganized. I never got a call back from the provider they have you come in instead.

This place is the WORST. The WORST. Please run while you can. I waited over three hours to see the doctor and let me tell you. This will be my LAST time waiting in this office. This place needs to be shut down ASAP.

Ive been coming here since I was 21 and I would recommend them to any woman! The facility is clean, private and reliable.as long as I’m on time for my appointment, I’m in and out.doctors take their time and are thorough. I live in queens now, but I make the trip to Brooklyn because good care ain’t everywhere!

Waiting an hour for a Gyn appointment. Sixth person in for 9am, appointment an hour later no call and response from staff is you are next. Clients came after me got called. They do different services in that office understandable. An hour wait still disgusting. Did my pregnancy there as well, it was satisfactory. Only returned because I had a c section and wanted to stay where my medical history was. Will not be returning.

This place is very unprofessional. People at the front desk do not care about you. If they see that the waiting area is packed, they will no longer take in patients. Even when you try calling in, they won’t bother to answer if they don’t wanna be bothered with.

I love this place. Both kids were delivered by Doctor Vizman and i had my special surgery with Doctor Marashi. Great clean center.

This place is the worst. Period! If you schedule an appointment doest matter you will still wait for hours to be seen. The staff and management are habitually unprofessional. Had a myomectomy with them and they messed up my life. I was lied to about the procedure in pain after the procedure explained i wasnt well enough to go home, even filled out paperwork to stay. I was still sent home and with days back in the hospital close to death. If you like life please do not use PGS. Always a bad experience with them.

Stay away from this place. No one deserves this kind of treatment. I waited for 2 hours and still wasn't seen. When I was finally called in, I was told to go back into the waiting area. I told them no thanks. I didn't realize that I was going into this type of gyn clinic. Had I known, I'd gone elsewhere. I pay for great health insurance and can go wherever I want. However, no one deserves to have their time waisted and to be treated this way.

The care here was adequate, but this is an insurance fraud mill - don't go near it! After being told my daughter's procedure would be a $500 copay, I received a bill for $3300. They tried to bill my insurance $22,000 for a 20-minute out-patient procedure. Next up will be my letter to the state Attorney General. This place in one big insurance scam.

Didn't have a bad experience and the doctors and staff were nice but they way overbook there n the wait time is crazy to not see anyone more then 2 minutes!

My advice don't go on Wednesdays or Fridays if you're not pregnant, the wait is crazy even with an appointment because those are prenatal days (pregnant women are first priority even with an appointment, which is crazy). If you don't have an regular gyn or appointments are booked at your regular clinic I suggest this place as an quick stop

I had surgery by Dr. Ruben Frenkel. When I arrived at 830am I was checked in. I loved the fact that they don't call you by your personal name but by another name they give you for your privacy. The center was clean and all the staff was very nice attentive and professional. Although my surgery was delayed working in the medical field myself I understand that these things can happen. The center is well organized and I would go back if I had to and do recommend others to go.

The doctor made me feel horrible about why i was there for. I was so uncomfortable and felt judged she was really aggressive and i hope when i go for my follow up i dont have to see the same doctor
