The process was super quick and easy! I had an appointment elsewhere and when I showed up they said they couldn’t do it for me. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get it done but Marcie was able to do it sooner and cheaper. Can’t recommend enough!

I have been working with PNS for since June with no issues. Well fast forward, a signing came out today and since I have worked with them for a few months I didn’t think it would be an issue for me to reach out and ask if the signing was already assigned and if not I would take it. Well she answered the telephone and started yelling at me, telling me I made her miss an important call, don’t call her, if im available just say available and wait. That really hurt my feelings as I am dealing with a dead in my family and Inhave never had a signing service yell at me for wanting to work.

…. Can’t seem to reply to the response but I never texted you. Most signing services don’t have a problem with calls so I was really hurt to get yelled at for trying to work for you. It still doesn’t give you the right to be rude and I still didn’t get the signing so it seemed intentional. I have made calls to signing services and they were absolutely polite.

Very few people in the notary world have the time and patience to assist those who are struggling. Marcy is a genuine person who cares about the notary industry remaining true to principles and standards of accuracy and adherence to state laws. One of the ways she is contributing to the field is by encouraging and directing new notaries to take their responsibilities seriously and to continue in the traditions set before as trusted public officials. Marcy provided the best notary service I needed to certify an important document. I went there in a rush and was unable to setup an appointment, but she gracefully received me. I even forgot my I. D home, but she patiently waited for me to go retrieve it.and she charged $0 for all my troubles. I would highly recommend her services to anyone!

Number did not work. Drove to location and was not there. Spoke to me through intercom and was told to go to the county clerk and then was hung up on.
