Professional Physical Therapy reviews
7This is a well-appointed facility. The staff is friendly. They go out of their way to create a treatment plan that addresses your issues, concern and ability to participate in your recovery and rehabilitation. I worked with them back in 2009 when I had my knees replaced. This time, I needed an elbow replacement and they were the only hands I would put my body parts in. I highly recommend them for all your physical therapy needs.
Professional caring therapist and staff. Facility is immaculate.
The physical therapists are very professional, caring, and compassionate. The exercises they give me are very effective.
Rich Lenz at E. 54th street is terrific. Worked on various methods to help my agonizing plantar fasciitis until we found what helped. Very patient and talented therapist.
Richard Lenz (leading his team) went above and beyond in my recovery from a complicated injury. I am a recreational competitive ski racer, open water swimmer, runner, and also do motorsports testing. Some of this is tied to my career as a writer. I had a triple fracture leg/ankle injury and was very specific with Rich about my goals and ideas to regain full athletic ability. He processed everything I said and set up a tailored recovery program-noting incremental changes and adjusting along the way-to bring me back. He liaised with my doctors to better understand the injury. When we hit certain plateaus in strength and flexibility recovery he created unique exercises to move me forward. I'm back to all my athletic activities, was first out of the water in the Swim Across America Larchmont 2 mile 2018 and plan to run the NYC Marathon in the near future. Thanks Rich and team.
Spacious area you can do your outine without bumping into others. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleasant place.
Unfortunately, I’ve been to a number of physical therapy locations for various injuries. With that being said, Professional’s staff is second to none and really takes the personal time with each patient that is ordinarily hard to come by. Their DPTs are incredible and truly care about each patients outcome and will listen to help get you back to whatever it is you’re trying to do.
