Great experience in Greenlawn! The therapists are knowledgeable and kind! So glad I decided to get help here.

After fracturing my right ankle my doctor recommended professionally physical therapy. I met with the clinician Jillian and her team and instantly felt more at ease when she explained throughly of my injury and her plan to get me back to full health. I am more than satisfied with my time here.

Stephanie is determined to help me get better with my shoulder/neck problem.to the professional environment.

I was getting physical therapy there for a few months and I thought it was great even though they charge $400 an hour. However, my last session was interrupted by a manager named Scott who got involved with my transportation pick up when he shouldn’t have. I ended up having to leave my session 15 minutes early so at $400 an hour I feel like they owe my insurance $100. I thought this place was great but my last session was so awful. I’ve been an extremely painful full body spasms for eight days. Stephanie, said she was going to try to help. Instead, she gave my private cell phone number to the person Scott, who sent me into a full body spasm in the first place. I was laying on the ground. I am still covered in scratches bruises and then my whole body has been in spasm for over a week. I told Stephanie, that I wanted scott to apologize to me and that my insurance should not have to pay for 15 minutes that I did not get a session. So I feel like they owe my insurance $100 and all the work that I have accomplished going there for months is now completely wasted, and my body is in worse shape than ever. Stephanie, is great, but do yourself a favor and stay far away from the Greenlawn location. Or better yet just find a different company than Professional Physical Therapy.

Absolutely excellent experience with Stephanie and Jim! My shoulder is as good as new! I couldn’t have gotten here without them. I highly recommend!

When I first got my knee sprain, I thought it would go away on its own. After waiting 2 months with little improvement I went to professional physical therapy located in Greenlawn. With my kind and helpful physical therapists Jill and Luke giving me helpful advice and workouts I was able to feel much better after one month, and being fully healed after two. I highly recommend attending this place for recovery.

I highly recommend this place. Wrestling is a very tough sport on the body and I happened to break my collarbone and tear my labrum. Fearing an arm changing surgery I went to pt and I am now stronger than I was before. Jillian took great care of me and paid close attention to me every time I was there. She worked with me the whole time and without her and professional physical therapy, I would be in a totally different spot.

Great place to come for pt, everyone is real nice, help you get healthy and ready to get back out there. They also have really good music!

Professional PT in Greenlawn is the best! All of the staff is very patient, kind, cheerful, and accommodating. They have helped me exponential amounts with recovery from a long term injury and have made this long process much easier, smoother, and more enjoyable than I’d ever expect it to be. Jillian, Cassidy, and Stephanie are wonderful and never fail to brighten my day. I am very grateful for the help and care that I have received at Professional PT. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Working with Stephanie at the Greenlawn location was a great experience. I had never been to PT before and everyone there was helpful and patient. They worked closely with me to address the issues I was having and the end result was outstanding. If I need PT again in the future, this is the only location I would consider.

I’m very happy with the care and the treatment I’ve been receiving from Stephanie in the Greenlawn office. She’s very good at what she does and she cares a lot. I would recommend her to anybody. I’ve been to therapy a few times in the past few years. She is by far the best therapist I’ve had.

My therapy for my shoulder replacement was progressive with very little pain in the beginning. Then the frozen shoulder was able to be released and we worked on maintaining range of motion followed by strengthening. Jillian was knowledgeable and supportive throughout my whole therapy program.

I cannot express enough how dedicated the staff is at Greenlawn PPT. Each visit they check on how the at home exercises are going, see if pain is reduced and function improved. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and it shows that the staff truly enjoy their work. Stephanie, Thalia, Cassidy, and Jillian are amazing!
