Professional Physical Therapy, Merrick NY

Posting this for my 83 yr old mom who has a pinched nerve. They are fabulous. Beautiful place & the physical therapist Jackie working with my mom is terrific. She is extremely kowledgeable, patient, & personable as all other employees as well. When in pain or looking for the best pt office, this is it. Run don't walk here and if you can't do either, they will have you fixed in no time!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for therapy. I have been seen by Adam and Max and they are both great therapists. The entire staff is always attentive and welcoming

I am so grateful for my experience at Professional Physical Therapy in Merrick. My physical therapist Max was outstanding. He was professional, kind and really listened. Max observed my range of motion and consistently asked how my shoulder was feeling. He ensured that the stretching and strengthening exercises we used were just the right amount of challenge. I was impressed by the way the whole team, including the front office, worked together to ensure that each client was getting the most out of their time. I am so grateful to be pain free, have more mobility, and to know how to keep my shoulder strong.

The staff is knowledgeable and very kind. They take the time to explain what you should be doing and why. They are the best!

They are the most professional group of therapists ever. They are considerate of your issue and make me feel as comfortable as possible.

I've been coming to Professional Merrick for a few weeks now and am completely satisfied with everything about it. I had minor knee surgery and within a few short weeks I was a able to move on to my neck issue. From scheduling to treatment everyone there is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and caring about my condition. In the past I've had numerous procedures and dealt with various PT places and this one comes with my highest recommendation.

We were happy with the therapists at this location. The exercise program Marissa put together for my daughter has helped strengthen muscles around her knee. After almost two months of services, my daughter feels stronger. Marissa also put together a program to continue at home exercises. Hopefully, my daughter's knee continues to feel strong.

The receptionist is wonderful! Max is par excellence! He's helping my husband lift his feet and walk with Better gate! He's doing really well! Thank You!

They are so accommodating. Therapist and sports trainer are exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place is fantastic! Jackie is simply the best and makes our one-on-ones so unique and personalized - my knee has improved with each visit! Everyone there is such a pleasure to see - they are all so friendly and make you feel at home! I had a total knee replacement on 2/14/23. Physical therapy is a MUST. This group has my knee at 90 degrees already, and it’s only been a week!

After having a second reoccurrence of breast cancer, I opted to get a bilateral mastectomy and part of my recovery was to go to physical therapy to improve my range of motion. Never having to do physical therapy before, I didn’t know what to expect. From day one the entire Merrick staff were friendly and helpful, the Merrick location was clean with great hours. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my PT Taylor she was amazing. She listened and understood my needs. She assured me with time my range of motion would improve.very thankful for this experience. I would definitely would refer my friends and family.

They always explain everything in detail so I know what I need to do and why, where I am headed in my therapy plan, and leave me feeling encouraged along my path to wellness. They are friendly, accommodating and always answer every question I have.
The facility is spotless, and everything is being cleaned and disinfected as used.
