Professional Physical Therapy, Yonkers NY

I started working with Cynthia about 2 months ago. My first therapy session was a challenge because I was in such uncomfortable pain. Cynthia took her time and ushered me into this extended and expansive therapeutic journey and today I am almost healed. Better than I have been in the past 6 months. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs professional, experienced and capable therapist. Very nice group of professionals and welcoming atmosphere.

Staff are so kind, caring and great sense of humor. Cynthia is great, not only showing you how to do things but educating which I appreciate it.

This is a mixed rating. I went for an initial evaluation and had no problems with the therapists. They were all great and attentive. The back office however, is poor in customer service. I have called on two occasions to schedule my follow-up visits and get the same message - "there is no one available to answer your call". My doctor has issues with the back office answering calls also. Not good!

Unfortunately, we wasted our time because of the virtual receptionist didn’t record the appointment correctly. So when we came back for the appointment that we thought we had, we were told that there was no appointment scheduled and we had to wait an additional three weeks.will not be coming back here.

I love to go to this place, the therapists are very friendly and strive to do their job as well as possible.

I can’t say enough great things about PPT. Everyone is professional, courteous and very helpful. The entire space and equipment is clean and well organized. My pt person, Kally helps me feel like a new person when I leave. PPT is the only place I would send my family if they required physical therapy. I don’t review places but PPT deserves more than 5 stars.

I must give these deserving people my utmost sincere thanks and deepest appreciation. Patrick Evia, Chris Brand and forgive me for not knowing last names but there’s Rangel and of course Denise. With all their help, professionalism, and caring I’m a new person.
