Ben Gelfand has expert knowledge and deep experience. His holistic help with my hips has been invaluable. Professional PT makes it easy to schedule, and their facilities are clean, with enough room to keep socially distanced from others. Staff are friendly. I highly recommend!

Exceptional experience at Professional PT! Sean Sullivan is the best PT I have ever worked with. He meets you where you are in your recovery and helps you make noticeable progress with each session. He is dedicated to each patient and really cares about their experience and outcome. I have noticed that other PTs in the practice have the same attitude and dedication as Sean. This was my second surgery and the recovery from this one compared to the first one was 100% better all thanks to Sean!

I highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy. All of the therapists are are extremely knowledgeable and they will get you on the road to recovery. They have done on excellent job with me and with members of my family.

I have greatly benefited from the PT at Pro-PT (E. 84th St location). I had hit a plateau in my recovery and my Orthopedist recommended to work with Ben to improve strength & hopefully avoid surgery. My therapist gave a thorough evaluation, listened and worked the steps to challenge Myself to the next level. I have worked with both Ben & Amrita. I have made good improvements in just 3 weeks. The facility is well equipped & very clean (so important during Covid). All the staff are supportive, encouraging, friendly and professional. I look fwd to continuing to improve with their assistance.

This facility is incredibly clean and the staff does an excellent job of following safety protocols to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Sean Sullivan is the best physical l therapist I have ever worked with. I highly recommend this location of Professional PT.

I was asked to leave in the middle of a session. The assistant director, Audrey, claimed that I didn't have a renewal on my insurance. I called my doctor who said their office faxed it over a week ago and a staff member in the office told me my insurance was taken care of.
I cannot go back to this place. It's unsafe. Healing is psychological, emotional, as well as physical.
I am a professional athlete with some painful injuries and I have done PT before.
There is a real communication problem here and I became the victim.
