Today, 10/07/20, I went to the Astoria Office without an appointment. I went there with my Quest Diagnostic test results. Front desk worker, Ms. Eleni took my papers and showed them to the doctor. However, they sent me the wrong report of Spermatozoa, Post Vasectomy, when they were supposed to send the Semen Culture report. I called the Quest diagnostic center main office, they apologized to me and Ms. Eleni spoke with the phone receptionist. She set it up for me again for Semen Culture. The report will arrive in another 2-3 days. I am very satisfied with Ms. Eleni's service, so this deserves a 5 star review.

Incredible, courteous service from respectful, knowledgeable health care employees. Answered and explained everything for me and put me at ease. The NPs, technicians, nurses and clerical staff Are all excellent, and made what could have been an unpleasant, worrying experience into a much simpler one.

Dr. Kessaris much appreciated for your professonalism and what ever you and your office team did for me. Keep up the good work

Dr. Kessaris & his staff are all very professional and pleasant. They are punctual. The Astoria and Jackson Heights offices are very well managed despite the many patients present.

The front desk ladies and techs are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Chan explains things clearly and answers my questions concisely.
The only problem is the long wait.

I don't like going to the doctor but a visit to Dr. Kessaris' office is always pleasant. Everyone is attentive and patient, and warmly friendly which is so nice. I feel well taken care of here.

The worst medical service I ever got. I had to wait 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and they still didn't let me to see the doctor. I had to give up and leave while I'm still suffer from pain without any treats. And I'm asking what's the significance of scheduling an appointment if you can't make it? Shame.

I feel like all the people here who treat me act with concern, understanding and patience. Like they care.

My overall experience with this office was great. Very friendly staff! Very clean location and close to a major train station.

It didn’t start off too great because of the long wait but ultimately I got to see the doctor and we were able to address my concerns. The front desk staff was especially helpful at the end of my visit. Thanks to Howard for his professionalism and willingness to be of service.

I was suffering with BPH. I was seen by Dr. Sherman Chan who suggested the best thing for me would be the UroLift. I did my research and agreed to have it done in office. There was some pain but not unbearable and it was over in about 5 minutes or so. I’m extremely pleased with the outcome. Thanks Doc and staff.

A comfortable environment manned - and womanned - by a friendly clerical and medical staff. Tests and procedures done with true professionalism. Most impressively, my issue was resolved! I honestly recommend this office.

I really enjoy Dr Kessaris professional services. The scheduling I believe needs some fine tuning. My office visit today was a little over two hours.
