Don't go here. I've been a patient of Dr Appelbaum's for years. Its impossible to get prescriptions refilled properly without calling their offices several times. It took me 3 years to get a specialist appointment (from 2019 to 2022) because their office continuously filled out the referral incorrectly. The administration of this office is grossly negligent bordering on malpractice.

It's unfortunate that I have to write this review, the only reason this isn't a 1 star rating is because We love our Doctor who we have been with for over 25 years, even before he went to Prohealth. But ever since they s switched over to this Epic system, the place has tanked. If you have a prescription to be refilled they say go to Mychart, but there are some prescriptions that can't be refilled that way, so you have to call. Bad idea, because I once had to wait 14 days, which was 9 days past the refill date, meaning I was without my medication for that time. Last week I called in a prescription, they told me it was too late, to call on Monday, I did and didn't get a call back until 4 hours later, now again, I'm without my medication. Maybe it's time to find a new Doctor that's Not at Prohealth and their stupid system by Epic.

Prohealth - Suite 102 front desk staff are unprofessional. Front desk staff wanted me to sign privacy act electronically but could not provide a paper copy of any standard medical forms for patients to review before signing. Waited and waited and they still couldn't produce a paper copy to read before signing.
Took almost 10 mins to print a document and then tried to say I refuse to sign documents they could not provide copies of or print. Front Desk staff threatened to cancel my appointment because they didnt have the Provider Notice of Privacy Practices available in print. Unprofessional front desk staff! Be aware!
