Was on hold for over an hour only to find out I don't need appointment until next year - all other previous calls went unanswered do at least this time I knew I was in the que.

Impossible to reach. They don't call you back. This doctor and staff are horrible. They'll remind you of your bill but not of your prescriptions. ONCE AGAIN THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK!

Good doctor ruined by terrible staff. Cannot get prescriptions refilled on time. Am told I have not been there in over a year, when I was there three months ago. It is no better than the disaster it was when they had a person that just handled prescriptions, and she never answered the phone or filled prescriptions. Often get wrong answers to questions on the phone. One time I got an employee with limited English skills.
Dr Perlman is a fine doctor, good beside manner, but these prescription refill issues have been going on for years. I can think of no other doctors office where I’ve ever had this issue. Now going on a cruise, and running out of medication. I was told the Rx would be signed by the doctor and sent in three days ago. It has not arrived at the pharmacy yet.
My union drug rep says to find another doctor, but I really do like Dr Perlman, and the endoscopy suite runs well and has good staff.
But honestly, who needs to added stress of Rx refill problems in this day and age when every other doctors office handles this issue routinely?

was extremely helpful she was efficient and very nice she helped me schedule my mothers procedure with a smile on her face even though she was wearing a mask i was able to see it)

Dr. Corina Serer is ok but Something is wrong with this office and staff. I have never had such a bad experience in a doctors office. While getting my vitals taken and questions asked the nurse kept interrupting me stating she doesn’t have time to hear my responses. Then clicked the wrong information I saw it and she wouldn’t correct when I told her. It only got worse from there. If you want to feel like a NASCAR with a pit crew performing a procedure like a race, this is the place for you. I was in recovery with 3 other women and none of the staff bothered to prove any privacy to them or me. I’m not the HIPA police but I ertianly shouldn’t have heard 2 other patients colonoscopy results and seen a patents backside while being discharged. Speechless.

Ive been a patient of Dr Goldblum for 30 years
He has treated my family as well as helped with my crohn’s Disease. There wasn't anyone that could help me. I can always count on Erica to get my meds. I’m very sad to see Dr Goldblum retire as we built a great relationship thru the many years of knowing him & Him knowing all my family & Friends that see him. Best of Luck to Dr. Goldblum on his retirement always️I’m going to miss your easy humor during rough times. Dr Perlman get ready for me.

Was recommended to go here by my PCP, the staff are all so friendly and Dr. Perlman is fantastic. Such a great atmosphere. Had my blood drawn by Erica, normally i’m afraid of getting woozy but she gave me snacks and a drink which helped a lot.

I recently had difficulties with the cost of a prescription medication. Victor Torres deals with medication authorizations. He was
extremely helpful, professional, personable and knowledgeable. Victor is an asset to the practice.

After seeing multiple doctors, Dr. Serer was able to listen to me, diagnose and treat a health issue I was experiencing. She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable with perfect bedside manner. Her staff is friendly and welcoming to patients during this pandemic.

This office makes an unpleasant visit as soothing as possible. I must compliment Victor Torres for his phone skills. He's friendly, knowledgable, and sympathetic. Dr. Serer gets my vote for the absolute best GI Doc around. Great diagnostician and she will put you at ease immediately. Lessly Beltran in the Lab - what can I say? 4 vials of blood and I didn't feel a thing.

I have severe anxiety with any kind of doctor but that melted away here. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and kind, there was no wait time. Amy the nurse was sweet and kind. Dr. Beckerman was amazing, great bedside manner. He accomodated me and made me feel validated. I would highly recommend this office to everyone!

Dr. Adam Beckerman is the greatest. Almost 11 years ago he caught my Stage 2 Esophageal Cancer. After all these years I am still alive. (Which if he didn't catch it I would've died in a year)

Awful. They don’t pick up the phone, they don’t call you back, they don’t call in your prescriptions when they said they did. I’m over a week off my medications from them because they can’t handle a simple 30 day refill every 30 days. Will be switching immediately. Oh and all the doctors left before the office was closed when I finally did get them on the phone. Now I have to wait all weekend to start the process again. Go literally anywhere else

Denied me my procedure because i had an uber driver taking me home. They are unprofessional and made me waste 2 days. One which i wasnt aloud to eat. Stay away from this practice!
