Drs are good but the worst office, the girls are rude, they hang up on you. Pro health needs to clean up that office. Was on hold two days in a row for an hour. Staff rude when you ask a question even during an emergency.

Juan in billing went out of his way to help me get an authorization from my insurance. I am so impressed with his tenacity and helpfulness. And can’t thank him enough for his professionalism.

The time is way overdue for this office to change it's telephone answering procedure and staff who answer and hang up on patient callers. Why not allow patients to leave a callback number? Why must I and others wait 15-30 minutes for someone to pickup? Why are the calls so often disconnected by the people answering the phone? My pharmacy and mail order pharmacy are often sending me messages that they receive No Response from the office to renew prescriptions. Who is running the show over there? Many/most of your reviews, over the years, complain about the same problem, but obviously your office is not listening or responding to the complaints. It is pathetic. I am down to one doctor left at Pro Health, as I have jettisoned two others for poor patient care and office incompetence.

I was prompted to post a review by Juan in the billing department who was incredibly helpful to me today when I needed to sort out an insurance issue. I thank him for his courtesy and prompt assistance.
Since I'm here I will also mention that I am a long time patient of Dr. Scott Mandel and so are my wife and daughter (for less long). If I were inclined to post reviews I would have done this a long time ago. Dr. Mandel is a superb physician and a great guy (I would not have entrusted my family to him otherwise, not to mention a couple of close friends). If you're in the market for a cardiologist (or even if you're not) he's your man. You can't do better.
If this is in the wrong place I apologize but my wife and I also see Dr. Carla Romero, an endocrinologist, who also practices in the same office. She is likewise terrific and I recommend her as highly as it is possible to recommend.

Changing Dr. Khanna from North Shore Cardiology to my primary care physician was the best decision I made. She is immensely knowledgeable and professional. She takes her time to actively listen and tailors to your concerns and needs. The whole office is very efficient, professional, clean, and helpful. I have never had a poor experience here. I came here for my annual checkup and the whole experience was absolutely painless. I would highly recommend her.

I had the PLEASURE of speaking with Juan this morning from the billing department who was extremely kind and helpful. Reassured me that my issue regarding my Insurance provider change would be updated, so that I could move forward with a medical procedure. Such a pleasure to deal with a knowledgeable, caring individual as Juan. Thank you again!

Dr. Mandel is a 5 star cardiologist with great people skills and does not rush you out. The reason for a 4 star review is the front desk staff including the hold time over the phones to reach one of them.

This review is for Dr. Shari Green and Dr. Neha Khanna. Two excellent, thorough doctors. They cover every base and really take their time and ask questions and actually LISTEN. I have been going to Dr. Green for years and have recently been seeing Dr. Khanna (just worked out that way). They are always on point and give excellent advisement on my health/conditions. I recommend them to everyone. The nurses at this practice are lovely as well.
My only problem with the office is the "corporate" feel of North Shore /ProHealth or whoever runs the show over there now, since they have expanded.

The staff at the billing department, at 1 Dakota Drive, do not wear masks and also talk very loudly and unprofessionally. A plastic screen does not prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other pathogens!

The doctors I have seen are most proficient, professional and compassionate. They know how to treat effectively the many, many different versions and stages of disease and illness. The staff, nurses and all support staff are also professionals. I have no complaints.

I have been a patient of this practice for over 20 years. I have to say the last couple of years have been short of a nightmare. I have called the office and have been on hold for over 20 minutes. I have had trouble with the office submitting the proper paperwork to my insurance company, which took over 12 months to correct. I have waited over a month to get results of a blood test. Very disappointed with the staff.

I love my doctors but it's impossible to get through on the phone. On hold for 15 minutes, hung
up, on hold another 10 minutes, gave up.

I just called in for my Mother who is 83. She is nearly blind 95% blind. She called in pain that she has a UTI. Suffers from them travels back & forth to Florida she is a snowbird. Her Dr. Cooperman is on vacation. No one in the office Nurses or Doctors would call in an 83 year old woman’s UTI medicine. It is not a controlled substance! I am leaving this practice who the hell do the receptionist think there speaking to. Let me explain something I am the customer I pay you for my care! Absolutely disgusted so here are my choices. Call an ambulance to take my Mother to the ER bc they do not have Doctors who would speak to their patients! Opting out of all Pro Health & contact Michael Dowling. Who happens to be a very close family friend! If I could I would give them a -10

Recommended by a friend, had an appointment, got a call right before 5pm the week before they left a message that they had to cancel my appointment, i called right away to reschedule had me on hold 15 min 5pm came and they pick up and hung up, guess they went home, thanks alot
