This management company took over the apartment I live in recently. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. They do not keep up with maintenance, including possible code violations. The owner, Alex, is rude and always looking for an excuse why things haven't been taken care of. During a gas emergency (significant leak) they were not reachable for assistance. After 5.5 weeks without gas, when national grid came to turn it back on, Property Pros contractor did not leave any information on what was repaired and what national grid was supposed to inspect. I would not recommend renting a property managed by this company.
