Prospect Dental, Beacon NY

The worst. Ruined my teeth. Going to sue them. Every filling fell out. Drilled into healthy teeth. Tried billing insurance company for work they didn't do. The dentist was so drunk he literally fell down.

Are these people even open? I have been calling and leaving messages. Show up and doors are locked. I am ready to file a complaint!

Um… booked a cleaning, sent paperwork, arrived and they just aren’t open. Several others were outside in the same boat. Never been ghosted by a doctors office before- super sketch.

I was completely nervous to go to the dentist and had to undergo several deep cleans and maria was the best and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process.

I strongly, recommend you not to go here. The dentist Doctor Gordon has cost me a tooth. I currently have to undergo a huge jaw surgery, because of this practice. They also did not help out with the surgery bill of 8,000$. I have to undergo at the end of the day a full recovery because of this firm. Witch is going to cost me 25,0000$. I repeat do not go here. They do not empathize at all with the their Patient. Now I have to take them to court. I was trying to settle one on one but their logic is just to ignore you. Do not go here! Their practice is also Tru dental.

One visit and one visit only will never ever go back. 1st visit three hours waited 2 hours with a morning appointment, very unprofessional dentist who seems immature and childlike, , I'm wondering if he is actually a real dentist or when someone's going to say the jokes on you! What's really going on in this place? Receptionist doesn't answer the phone ever, office manager does not return calls, no follow at all for insurance approval worst experience ever! Don't waste your time.very disheartening and sad that a so-called professional business would treat people like this! If you are uncomfortable or have had bad experiences previously with dentists do yourself a favor don't even bother coming to this place ever. I am in shock that they actually have a license to practice here! I can only say that there was one staff member who was actually professional. I did not get his name and I do believe he was a dental assistant.he was awesome and extremely professional other than that I have nothing good at all to say about this place stay far far away Believe all of the negative reviews!

At first they did X-rays and told me I’ll need a fill and scheduled my appt. I told them how nervous I get bc I’ve had extremely bad dental experiences. I go to my appointment and get a different doctor, and upon drilling he says I’ll need a root canal. He stops everything and proceeds to say he’ll send that to insurance to get approved and they’ll give me a call. Insurance didn’t approve it and it’s been MONTHS. I called back and the receptionist told me she’d call me back to see what they can do. I have a freaking hole in my mouth that they drilled and no one has called me. I originally went in OCTOBER.this is so ridiculous. Again, another money hungry dental practice

Everybody is rude, very unprofessional here. I’ve never received such unprofessional care in my life.

I saw Dr. Gordon and Maria for the first time last week. I was quite nervous to go in because it’s taken me about 3 years to be able to find a place I am comfortable with since I had a change of insurance. Well after many failed attempts I found Prospect Dental. Dr. Gordon and Maria made me feel very comfortable and came up with a plan since i need some dental work done. Maria was super gentle and efficient during my cleaning. She’s also very knowledgeable. I felt very cared for at Prospect Dental and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good, caring, honest dental group! Thank you everyone at Prospect Dental for providing such great service and comfort!

In conclusion, I cannot recommend Dr. Gordon and his incredible team at Prospect Dental highly enough. They are doing their part in brightening our corner of the world, one smile at a time. For anyone in Beacon, your search for a caring and skilled dentist is over.

Took my granddaughter in for emergency. The dentist did nothing but insult her on his assumption. I asked questions due to an injured a year ago, Teeth where replanted. He brush us off. My grandgirl had severe abcesses and sores. He would not prescribed medications. Next day she was in UR, they immediately started her on medication. EXCELLENT INCOMPETENCE!

Since doctor Washington has left this place has gone down hill. I went in for tooth pain and was asked what tooth hurts I said I wasn't really sure as the top and bottom of the left side of my mouth hurt. Long story short they took pictures of the wrong teeth and completely missed the cracked half missing tooth in the back of my mouth. When I tried to explain ppl lain this to th to the secretary they denied this was the case and gave me an attitude for that I didn't deserve very unprofessional

I had an appointment for a cleaning with Maria Facciola. She was absolutely amazing not only did she perform the cleaning, she gave me tips and recommendations on how to Maximize my overall dental heath. She’s now my new favorite dentist, both her and her assistant Kim made me feel so comfortable I almost forgot I was there for 3 hours. Lol. Great place I would def recommend.

Very unprofessional and indifferent staff. The assistants always seem lost like they don’t know what they’re doing. Communication is practically non-existent between the dentists and everyone else. I went for a cavity fill and cleaning, and the dentist mentioned I needed something else done but didn’t know what. He never found out, and I didn’t know either, so the receptionist didn’t know what to schedule me for. The location looks rundown and dirty. Please go somewhere else.
