6I've been going to see Charlie at Prothotic Labs for 20 years. He is a life changer! If it weren't for him and his team I wouldn't be where I am today. My needs are not straightforward or inside the box by any means, but he always rises to the challenge. I know that my independence and success is important to him and that's why he's the only person I trust to make my orthotics.
Service is good but they are only here a few days a week and then your appointment could be at 3 and they don’t see you until 45 to over an hour later. This has happened EVERY appointment. They need better scheduling. No one should have to be here over two hours.
This place is great. Mark, the clinician we see, is kind, thorough, and super-competent. Our daughter loves him, and she's never had any problem with her AFOs.
Prothotic Laboratories has been great with our child’s orthotic needs (AFOs and Theratogs). Mark is a very skilled and attentive orthotist - we have had a great experience and highly recommend him. The staff at Prothotic Laboratories is always very pleasant to speak with and they are very accommodating for changes in schedule.
If was more options for more stars I’d definitely give it! In the beginning I was scared and confused how my son can do it, and if I found the right doctor but now I can definitely said he was the best doctor ever!

I can’t thank enough
If there was an option for more stars, I'd highlight them all. We have been working with Charlie and his team at Prothotic for the treatment of my daughter's scoliosis for seven years, since her diagnosis at age six. We travel from Westchester to New Hyde Park & Farmingdale, and Charlie is hands down worth it. Charlie's bedside manner with an anxious mom and squirmy kid is second to none, and this is shared by all members of his staff who are respectful and understanding. Charlie pays close attention to the details to make sure the brace is bearable, and his team takes the time to talk with with my daughter to reinforce the importance of bracing. I only hope others have the same success as we are having with the RSC brace.
