Public parking Brighton Beach, Brooklyn NY

They raised price for quarterly parking permit to $500, this is a highest fee in entire NYC! Moreover, there are many parking spots that are available now, what a "great" management we have in our city agencies: (

Good variant for parking space when you are on the beach. Be careful, when choosing space, There is half for permit and half for meter.

It is really congested during the day.
If you are coming over here expecting to find a parking spot - forget about it =)
We spent 20 min trying to find available one, but didn't succeed.
So here is the issue. Half of the parking is occupied with special spots for those who paying monthly.
So when you see a BIG municipal parking - it is not really true.
It is much more easier to find parking on the street couple of blocks away.

Takes 5 minutes to print parking ticket of using credit card. Could not connect to the phone app. Have quarters!

I hate this beach. Suppose to be for families but so many people should be arrested from indecent exposure. Nobody should remove their bathing suit in public. So shameful, I will never go back again

Be careful on the parking that needs permit, even those which doesn't has the sign on the ground. We paid for 5 hours (25¢ per 10 min.) And got ticket for hundred dollars, just because we looked just on the ground.

Clean parking lot, plenty of space but be sure to give yourself extra time to find a spot during prime time beach hours.

Full most off the time and you better be on time for your meter, this is a meter maids honey hole.
