I’m not the best with technology but seeing my friend use the public storage app to open gates and door was cool and convenient

In less than a year the unit grew mold on all of my belongings, chair, sofa, boxes etc. I was inside ground level on what was supposedly suppose to be “climate controlled”. Instead of offering a new unit that wouldn’t grow mold, I was told to go through insurance for my belongings. Also, the price increased from $220 from the start to $300. For what? Nothing changed in that time? Very disappointed. Highly do not recommend.

I was impressed at the level of Professionalism and knowledge. Patrick went out of his way to help us and find what we really needed. Facility clean. Definitely recommend!

Ludgi and Patrick are terrific came over the weekend and the confidence they had in regards to what size I needed felt like I came to the right place. Made me feel I was getting the right size for me and nothing too small. Guys are great!

Patrick and Ludgi earlier today helped me graciously with finding out what storage space size and items to properly protect my items for future renting not now but soon thanks guys once again!

This facility was clean and well maintained but more importantly was the service aspect. The assistance rendered by Patrick was outstanding. The requirements were packing materials (boxes, box sets, tape, quilts, pouches, dividers, rope, etc) and Patrick advised & guided me through the inventory that was required to pack up a 5-bedroom house effectively. Also seeking adequate storage space, he could not have been more helpful, even showing me the space to get a better idea of the size. I would not hesitate to recommend the Public Storage Bay Shore facility to my friends and family.

Only suggestion would be an automated plastic wrapping machine (like the machines at airports to protect & wrap your luggage from the elements) on-site that would plastic- wrap medium-to-large items for the customers instead of having to do it manually.
