I've had my storage unit for a couple of years and it's been a terrific experience. Public Storage of Port Washington is easily accessible and always spotlessly clean. Ryan is extremely courteous and goes up and beyond in customer service. Ryan and James are always there to respond to my needs. Public Storage is a quality facility in every respect and gets a no-brainer five-star rating.

This place got robbed, multiple units hit, and they weren't even there on a weekday to let me into my unit. I'm already stuck here for now, but this place should not get anymore customers, since they can't even take care of their existing customers!

Thank you to the staff at public storage in Port Washington. I was helped by Ryan and he really went above and beyond.the facility ease of access and cleanliness really caught my eye. So far so good. Catrice assisted me and was very helpful and professional.
Space seems very clean and easy to access.they also have an app to enter the facility.

Beware! I have been using this storage for years. The prices do go up but most importantly, I was told to get the insurance to cover my property. I recently went to find that some of my things were completely destroyed by insect infestation that came from the storage facility that appeared to be clean. The insurance company representing the storage only wanted to compensate me for $250 with thousands of dollars worth of items completely destroyed, which I will have to pay for out of pocket to remove by the way. The manager said I could move my damaged things to another unit-That’s the best they could do. The insurance company said they do not cover this type of damage, any type of insect or rodent damage even if it was done on the premises. They do not care. There is no responsibility for the damage that was caused to my property that I thought insurance covered. The insurance company rep basically told me that iI have to take it up with the storage facility. The manager on duty said I have to speak with the insurance and he was the one that had convinced me to pay for the insurance, which I had been paying for for years, in case anything we’re to happen to my property while in storage. I would not even give them one star because of the degree of damage that happened while my property was in their storage facility.

Ryan was very helpful in suggesting what I needed to start our move. He explained everything I needed to know. We’ll definitely be back for more!

I had an easy time getting my space at Public Storage. The only bad thing is my space is far from the elevator. The best thing was definitely customer service. A man named Ryan helped me weeks before answering questions and then finally the day I paid for my space. He helped me with EVERYTHING. This place has been okay so far!

Needed some moving boxes and a quote for some storage space. Ryan was an exceptional help. He showed me how to assemble the files boxes and offered to bring them to the car. Five star service! M Winters
