Stay away company is a complete rip off. They will take advantage of you. Dealing w corporate is a joke. Keep easing rates. Will give a new customer a unit for half the price they will charge an existing customer

I have used their locks and twice now your locks have failed you need to go there with a cordless grinder they will not let you use their electric it's their locks that are failing and I haven't been able to get access into my bin for 2 months they expect me to keep paying the bill on stuff that I can't get my hands on that I rely on to make a living. Very unhappy I think they should make some type of accommodation or something as far as your credit for my rental

Came to deliver some items my daughter was placing in storage. GATE WAS WIDE OPEN WHERE ANYONE COULD COME IN. Staff was not at desk for assistance and door was locked. I called customer service and they were clueless into the next steps. No staff was able to be reached. The loading wagons have locks on them so you can't utilize them without a key. So they are useless just like the staff here. Numerous calls were made to no avail and movers hired are on the clock.

Spent 15 min on hold for a customer service representative not to be any help.

If a fire happened here besides the fire department being called customers belongings would be delayed assistance waiting for staff to assist with pertinent information needed.

Upon the arrival of staff after the inconvenience Simone arrived very apologetic and professional and explained that staff was reassigned to another location to handle something.
If it wasn't for her professionalism and demeanor I would of kept my rating at a 1 but I will be fair. The place was clean and she turned out to be helpful.

Melissa Is Very Patient and Kind. Very Great Service. This location has push karts so you don't have to carry on your own.

I would say 5 stars if they fixed one issue, its with the elevators.when you use your phone app to unlock, youll step inside and half the time you have to step back out and reorder an elevator

We accidentally forgot to replace the cover for our trunk when we unloaded our items yesterday afternoon. This morning we returned and spoke with Melissa. She was really kind and understanding. She said it was probably in the dumpster. She went out and opened it and there it was. Thank you Melissa for your friendly and understanding attitude. Your help was greatly appreciated.

Went in to Public Storage today after having issues finding storage for the last few weeks. Worked with Heather at the front desk who was extremely helpful and kind. We were able to get our transaction done and even make a few jokes along the way. I definitely appreciate the customer service and the speed of the transaction. We're definitely glad to patronize this location especially because of Heather.
