Raised my rent after only 5 months by an additional 40%! I'm really struggling right now, so in person, I requested employee to please submit a request on my behalf for owner to review the exorbitant increase on my account. Employee told me that a computer automatically declined my request, but gave me a phone number to "We Care Center" with Public Storage and told me to call the number for further help and someone would call me back. Person on phone from "We Care Center" told me the same thing, a computer automatically declined my request, despite me asking to have the owner please review the 40% increase on my account after only 5 months & to please have supervisor or owner call me back, I was told a person would not be able to call me back because a computer already denied my request. This review is apparently my only way to try to get in contact with the owner to please review and reconsider the 40% increase on my account because I'm really struggling right now and already tried to speak with someone both in person and on phone, only to be told a computer denied my request. Thank you!

I renting the storage about 6 months ago and it looks clean but the have rats, mouse and they doing nothing about it. Stay away from this storage!

Rat, mouse, and water damage in my unit has been treated with zero care or credence.
This is the cherry on top of my second price increase in one year, totalling over $50 per month in the last year, and I'm told is rising again under new management in the fall.

If you purchased a unit today you would be paying way less than I now do, but not for long. In fact the same size unit on a different floor costs $100 less per month than what they currently charge me.

They were unwilling to discuss the matter of unreasonable increases (managers not empowered to negotiate, owners never reached out when requested)

Beware! Affordable pricing will not last, and any damages that occur will be treated with the least possible interest.

Don't go here they raise the prices on you right away. And your stuff WILL get ruined. They have a major rat problem for months and won't do anything about it. Make sure you don't care about the stuff you are storing too much.

Been using this location since they open few years back, safe and clean… Five ***** to Krystal and her staff she’s is absolutely amazing and attentive. Best SSS ever had on saff.
Deducted one star for the constant (every 6 months or so) price increase, wish they valued long term clients or had options like contracts.

Javon helped us out today to upgrade our unit to a larger one. He was extremely friendly and professional and made what I thought would be stressful into a pleasant and easy experience!

Looking for a good storage place is so hard but Krystal helped me out and I am very happy with the service here.

Came here to inquire about pricing and ended up renting. I met the manager cristal she was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend simply self storage.
