Public Storage, New Rochelle NY

Kai helped me rent a storage space and she was terrific. She was thorough, patient and good spirited. She also helped me load my car with the moving supplies that I purchased. I would actually give her six stars, not five!

This was doing this and jasmine and kai was delightful amazing they both show me the steps by step and they show me around and different sizes and all great customer services 5 stars all the way

5 star rating for two reasons! When we moved out of the unit, Kai proactively reached out to see if we were indeed emptying the unit and wanted to close my account. She is a superstar! Also, the facility is clean and safe.

Super easy experience, didn’t last more than 10-15 mins. Workers were really nice and helpful.

I am new to storage rental. Iakua patiently explained the process and allowed me to take as much time and ask as many questions as I need.

Iakua was a great help - I had multiple things I needed taken care of moving into my new unit and she did them with ease. She also came up to the unit and showed me how to address a challenge with opening the lock itself. Definitely super helpful

Iakua has made my experience with public storage beyond AMAZING! I came in very uncertain about what size I needed. She sprung right into action and asked what I was storing she even made sure I understood it was just to give me the proper and best size for my needs! She even multitasked and unlocked carts for other customers! She smiled the entire time. I know I was hassling her but she assured me she’s here for me and my needs! With all her efforts of overcoming certain concerns and objections I had, this woman deserves a raise because shes the definition of hard working and dedication

The girl I spoke to, Ikqua was great. She was not only friendly but very knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions!

Iakua is amazing! Public storage should be tremendously ecstatic for hiring her! I came in frantic about not knowing what size to need and Iakua ensured me that i don’t have to be frantic and she has my best interest. She walked me outside and showed me how to access the property which is through a passcode designed just for each customer. She let me know that security is one of their main focuses. She then had me go upstairs with her and showed me two units she felt would take care of my needs and she was 100% right. She held the door open for me which most employees don’t they rush in and expect me to be right behind them. She maintained a positive attitude throughout our whole ordeal on top of a beautiful smile. She gave me the direct phone number to the store so I dont have to call the 800 number. This girl here is amazing! She deserves a raise or promotion for her expertise and knowledge that she shares! You go Iakua!

Iakua has great energy and smiles the whole time. She is very knowledgable & goes above and beyond for her customers. I saw her in action with the couple before me and then she was exactly the same energetic and pleased to help me as well! Shes a great worker Never let her go!

Iakua is someone u and I can count on when all else fail. I remember when I received my storage and had my own Lock on it. I thought I did the right thing. But the next day after I move my stuff in I received a phone call from Iakua, letting me know that I did not properly lock my storage correctly. I said ooh no can u lock it she said she is unable too but will keep and I out for it until I reach there. I didn't reach up there until the following week because of work hrs. I asked her did a customer tell her my storage door was open. She said no I do my rounds every 1/2 hour or so and it wasn't open she said it's just the lock was not properly secured.and I noticed it but don't worry no one would get on her watch. I chuckled. The moral of my story is that. I rate her 10 's 100 percent of class a customer service. This is why I I love public storage because of Iakua. You need more honest workers like her. Great doing business and you should not take away from the person character itself. Although we all make mistakes She has a good heart n I thank you guys I could trust her with my belongings. A week later on top of that. Thanks Iakua

Iakua has been a great help i came in trying to get a unit and she assisted me and then I saw a public storage sticker so I panicked. She went upstairs with me and verified that that is my lock and they just put a sticker on it. She's a great hire. Hooray Iakua!
