First time renting a storage unit and The front desk agents Teya and Lady made the experience very worth wild. I am pleased to say I was convinced this was the place to store my things. Teya ans Lady we’re very informative and patient with all my questions. Teya showed me around and Lady finalized my registration process. Teya and Lady are very good agents at public storage if you are looking forward to renting a unit here definitely ask for them.

Her Name is LADY ……and that’s what she was and is. She saved my life today with prob the Best customer service I have had in a long time. (I work customer service myself). She seen I was in a bind and stepped up to be a super woman! This shot is for you my Lady. ️

Orif was very courteous and helpful with helping me find the right size storage unit. Also, location was pretty clean.

Frankly, I am quite pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service I received after my initial rating.
Within days, a regional manager called me and had a conversation with me about my concerns. Whilst not able to change the availability hours for me personally, he did offer an adjustment to my rental agreement. I did not expect this quick response, level of concern or customer service from Public Service. Bravo. Thank you for changing my outlook.

Thanks for your help! Professionalism in every sense of the word, those in the call center are brave behind the phone refusing to give a good service but you, had a vocation for customer service, and you had criteria as a human, not as a machine that always makes the same mistake. God bless you my friend.

My experience at this location was excellent. Ofir assisted me with getting my new storage unit.she was very helpful & the process was quick. I recommended booking online before visiting to expedite the process.

This location is just plain awesome. They take all the guess work out in helping you make the right choice in storage size. They don't try to up-sell you and just give you what you need. It is so refreshing to have people that are just honest and helpful. The ladies at the counter are just the best. The knowledge, experience and customer support they give is second to none.

I rarely write reviews, but I needed to write this one. It is just so refreshing to come across people that know what they are doing, and love what they are doing. This is the place to store and protect your things. They are the BEST! Thank you ladies.

Great first experience! Lady (the property manager) was so very sweet and very thorough and professional. Space was just what I needed! Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a storage unit! Very safe and secure!

Lilly was phenomenal. This is my first time utilizing a storage unit and she assisted with easing my anxiety. She was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I definitely would recommend public storage to anyone who asks.

Myriam and dee saved me. They were very helpful and guided me because i was lost. I walked in at 5: 45pm and myriam was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Great location to store your stuff. Facility is well kept and the staff very helpful. Konstantine was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting us up with our unit. Highly recommend this place if your in the area

My aunt rented a unit a few weeks ago with Miriam and she was just great. She was very patient and helpful with my aunt and also very informative. Every time we come in the ladies are also so nice and smiling. Dee and lady are also great as well.the store is always very clean, I will definitely refer this place to anyone!
