This place is one of the best clean looking locations i seen i been keeping my items there for a very long time and the staff is always great and helpfull keep up the great work

Shantell was a wonderful customer representative today. She went above and beyond. Because of her great customer service we were able to rent a unit today. We love her personality.

Trish-Ann was quick, thorough and courteous. My check in was easy and she explained everything.

The service here is just particular! Angel was so sweet and welcoming. She took step by step on the storage access hours, the offices hours, showed me several units. She was very patient and kind. Thank you angel!

Overpriced and crappy practices.like locking up the carts you need to lug stuff around.if its passed office hours, good luck moving those large items by hand.

Was shown my unit by Alysha. Very helpful and informative. Explained the multiple ways to get to my unit and showed me all the supplies that could be purchased on site. Would recommend.

Rented a space today and was assisted by Nadia. She walked us through everything we had to know about the facility and our space. She even went the extra mile to vacuum out the window sills and add a tarp in the unit. Nadia was very knowledgable, friendly and was a pleasure speaking with you have a great employee PS. Thank you Nadia for all your help.

Nadia’s customer service was really good! She explained everything very well! Really nice as well! The storage place is really clean and I highly recommend it!

Alysha did an excellent job of processing my rental agreement.
She took the time to clearly exaplain all the details.
She accompanied me to see the locker, etc.

During a stressful moving time, Public Storage, and specifically Dominque, were incredibly helpful in alleviating stress. I was able to call in and reserve a storage space adequate to my needs and when I finally arrived at the location, Dominique greeted me with familiarity and gracious with all questions I had. Would recommend this storage facility!

My moms rented here and Angel was very nice to her. My mom doesn’t speak much about English so it was nice that angel spoke with her and helped out. The facility is nice all you see these girls do is clean. They have great attitudes. Thank you angel.

Angel, Alysha, Dominique, and Nadia.they are ALL BEYOND TERRIFIC PEOPLE; pleasant beyond belief, amicable and professional! It’s not often that there are a group of women who work so well together and run a large company as if it were their own.whomever owns this company is extremely fortunate to have them as a team. Ps. I’m a small business owner, I know how difficult it is to find such wonderful spirits who work together to get things done properly.

I came in today looking for a storage place because my family is going through some personal family problems but savanna made us feel very welcomed, even though we were difficult asking her to show us 6 storage spaces, she was very sweet, professional and humble. She is the employee everyone wants working for them! Thank you savanna for helping us today.

Lanaija and Marissa were so awesome. I made a reservation online and they contacted me immediately. I was able to come in the same day and get my storage locker. Lanaija showed me how to protect my things the right way. Overall it was a great experience and a very clean building. I give this public Storage 5/5.
