Went well. I was in and out within minutes. Wish I knew before hand my Covid test was not a rapid one. I guess that was my fault for not asking, but overall I recommend.

Very easy to check in. Most was done online. Monomial waiting was seen and discharged quickly. Will return to this location if needed

Quick and very good! Had my medication at the pharmacy 5 min after I left. Very clean also.

The staff were all exceptionally professional. They were kind, friendly and very respectful. I appreciate that they gave me immediate feedback on pertinent laboratory tests. Thank you all.

Receptionist has the courtesy and manors of a dead duck. Not helpful is offering walk in urgent care. Very spotty. Wow, thats who I want greeting my clients

Long wait, unhelpful front desk, X-ray tech hurt the possibly broken ankle she was getting an image for by grabbing and twisting it as I yelled in pain and was defensive and accusatory in response. The PNP I saw assumed my obviously sprained ankle was from gout and did not inspect it at all to determine if it was sprained. When I asked her about a sprain being more likely than gout, she yelled at me for questioning her, said she was getting to it, then did nothing except tell me I should have gone somewhere else if I was in pain.
I then waited fifteen minutes for a nurse to ask me my height (entered in the forms that took over thirty minutes to fill out because of redundant information) and then tell me they had no crutches in my size.

They were very fast and understanding. Comprehensive care, I felt comfortable describing my symptoms and I was met with kind explanations

Felt very welcomed.receptionist was very kind impatient. The urgent care NP Patricia was very kind and Professional I give this urgent care a 10 star. I will definitely use this UC in the future Thank you Denise S.

Brought my boyfriend here and the front desk lady is so rude and miserable. We were just asking questions about co pays because of his new insurance and because I don’t have any and she gets a huge attitude as if we are mad about the co- payment when all we were doing was trying to understand the process as it was different at emergency one. Super unprofessional front desk receptionist I don’t know if she’s just mad about having to be there so late or the fact she has to do something other then text on her phone but it was only a question and all that sarcasm and rudeness was not needed nor was it professional. Do not know her name but it was a rude blonde heavy set lady with glasses and a up bun super rude and sarcastic.

Very easy check in and easy to select an appointment time. I was seen shortly after arrival and received prompt and courteous care.

I was able to be seen right away and the Staff were very friendly and professional. I was able to given excellent care. Thumbs up to the urgent Care Team.

Very positive experience as the staff and medical personnel were very welcoming and efficient.

For an urgent care place the time to get in to see someone was not bad (it took 45 min). The reason I don't score it higher is the use of the mobile app to sign in. The App is terrible, slow app response time and a general pain to use.

Fast service and professional nurses, they are equipped with Xray machines, so it’s a one stop shop. The receptionist’s aren’t that friendly also I completed all the paperwork online and they still had me fill out paperwork when I got there which made no sense The no visitors in the waiting room is outdated, I needed help opening the doors.

Long wait to be seen but understandable at this time of year. Staff was great. Would recommend to family and friends.
