Pulse-MD Urgent Care reviews
17Easy and quick. I was able to register online and wait in my car until it was our turn. Staff is friendly
I Went in with a clogged ear. Dr O’Sullivan and nurse Suraya (sorry if I misspelled that) were both very professional and made me feel very comfortable. My ears were clogged due to wax build up, and they flushed it out, gently all the while making sure I always stayed comfortable. Thank you both for making me not feel embarrassed of this situation and doing it calmly, gently and allowing me to hear well again. Excellent care and experience.
Practitioner was very thorough and even talked with me to figure out what may have caused my neck pain! We brain stormed and agreed it is probably my computer at my work station being below eye sight as I just started a desk job 3 days ago!
Came to pluse- MD Urgent care 5 minutes before they were getting ready to close.
I explained to the staff that I wanted to get a COVID test because my 83 year old mom will be coming to our home for Christmas.
All of the staff were very nice, understand and accommodating.
I would give them a 10 if I could
Truly appreciate it!
This location is very convenient for me.it's right down the road from my house less than 10 minutes
Sat for 3 plus hours with broken toes and blood filling my sock do not recommend people coming here. They take flu test people before people that are actually badly injured
This was the first time going to Pulse MD,
The staff, and provider were friendly and very professional.
Had terrible throat pain and tonsil stones and they suggested steam therapy even though I said I wasn’t congested. Staff was either unhelpful or very rude.
The doctors and the staff at the Wappingers Falls, NY location are an outstanding team who truly care about the patients. We are deeply grateful to them for everything throughout the years.
We truly hope they will be recognized for their dedication to compassionate care.
Made appt for 815a checked in at 752a virtually although they open at 8a the door was locked until 815a went to desk to finish check in and waited a long time no walk in before me no reason for wait front desk is rude and unfriendly
A busy Christmas Eve but they handled everyone smoothly. I always knew how the waiting list was going with the smart app. No nonsense
Had a very good experience overall. A bit of a wait but considering the Poughkeepsie Pulse MD site had to close today not too bad. Very organized and friendly staff at reception, nice nurse and NP and staff doing Covid tests.
Had to obtain a last minute PCR test for a last minute procedure. Techs who handled the PCR covid test for me were excellent.
About a year ago, I had a torn meniscus and I also have arthritis in my knee. I saw my orthopedist and between a cortisone shot and physical therapy, the meniscus healed. About a month ago I started to having problems again. I tried going to my PCP, because my orthopedist was booked solid for 6 weeks. He suggested that I go to the walk-in ortho clinic at OA. I saw the PA there. He didn't bother looking at or feeling my knee and wanted to send me directly to PT and have me take 600mg of Motrin every 8 hours and 1000mg of Tylenol every 6 hours for 2 weeks! That just didn't sound right to me. After going through another week of pain and having great difficulty walking, I went to Pulse in Wappingers. Everyone there was so caring. The PA was more knowledgeable than my PCP (and certainly the person I saw at OA) and very professional. He felt that it's a tear again. He told me to stay off my feet until I see my orthopedist and what treatments I could use to help alleviate some of the pain and swelling until I see my orthopedist. Let me also say that every experience (at least 8 times) I and my family members have had at Pulse have been excellent! I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed!
Staff moved quickly and efficiently. Staff was extremely friendly and caring. We had a very good experience
I’ve been to several urgent cares in the area however this facility has been the cleanest, nicest and I was taken care of immediately at my appointment time.
