Authentic Dominican Food! The food here is so delicious and prizes are reasonable. Will be recommending to family and friends. If I am in the area I will be coming back. Excellent customer service.

First time getting food and was disappointed I ordered 6 beef empanadas the meat was very salty couldn’t eat it plus they don’t even sended the pink sauce wasted my time and 30 dollars ‍️

Want a quick bite in Westbury NY, this is a delicious Dominican restaurant. You get to pick rice, protein, and sides. The price is reasonable and the portions are generous! The restaurant is clean and self seating for about 12 customers. Street meter parking or a few spots behind the restaurant.

Went yesterday and the food was amazing. The mac and cheese was the best. I also got the empanadas and overall i give the food a 10/10. The staff were also nice and friendly. Everything was neat and sanitary. Would recommend this to everyone.

We ordered catering and Punta Cana did not disappoint! Everything was phenomenal from the pernil to the rice to the tostones and maduros. Highly recommend!

Wow! Really great tasting people, clean facility. I’ve tried other nearby Dominican restaurants and they weren’t superb, but this one is a HOMERUN (with 3 men on base lol). Im half Dominican and this almost tastes like real home-cooked meals (not too salty, not too greasy). I’ve tried the moro de güandules with pernil and mac-n-cheese—- YUMMY! Also tried the white rice with black beans & oven-rotisserie chicken—- yummy too.definitely recommend this place if you’re in the mood for Dominican food, you won’t be disappointed.

Great food I order here all the time so much they know me lol. Money here is not wasted, has good food, and great customer service.

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and caring. Trying to enter the building, the door handle slipped out of my hand, and I.almost fell to the ground.

I had never had a empanada before now and I can't believe I've missed out this entire time.at first glance you may think that theyre on the smaller size but they are filled to the brim with delicious filling that somehow still manages to be light and not heavy on the stomach. And finally a good tasting Flan in New York! Will absolutely eat from here again!

First time trying Punta Cana. Everything was very tasty, and the service was quick. The woman at the counter was very friendly. Try the green sauce, it's excellent!

Came just to get one plate the lady who serve me had an attitude I ask for red sauce she bought the wrong one I waited for the the sauce I wanted she threw it in my bag rolled her eyes and didn’t give me no utensils and the other workers were looking at me laughing. The crazy thing is when they 1st open I was a big promoter of this place telling friends and family, I think they changed management and this place has horrible service now smh. I’m really good at cooking myself so once In a while to grab a dish on the fly shouldn’t be regretful never again!

Stopped by today and they have good empanadas but there cana bowls are small for the price. Also the rice was super hard. But they do sometimes have offer thru text which is pretty cool. Over cute small place with good empanadas. Food is good but rice was super hard.

The food was SOO good! And the staff was so friendly and nice! Very reasonable pricing and large portion sizes! Very clean.

Overpriced for small plates

Yes well if you consider a small bowl a big plate then you would be correct,
I also noticed you responded with we don't serve small plates but you said nothing about me saying overpriced $14.00 for a tiny bowl is outrageous.

Today we placed an order through their online service! We waited 45 minutes to get our food. We got to our food after the driver left and noticed we had the wrong food. We called the restaurant letting them know we got the wrong food and all they could say was it’s door dash fault call them! They were not sympathetic or even tried to help with a solution. I spoke to the general manager and she tells me she’s sending out food again, great wait another 45 mins for food ok I’ll wait. I speak to door dash and the restaurants general manager again blamed it on the driver and took no responsibility. So we get no refund ok. It’s now 4 o’clock and we still have no food, speak to the general manager at punta cana again and she says that a refund will be issued, and she never said she was sending food again. We waited 3 hours just to find out we weren’t getting any food! I love their food and I love supporting local business but I WILL NEVER BUY FOOD HERE AGAIN! It’s about the principle at this point! Had they offered a better solution instead of wiping their hands of the responsibility it may have had a different outcome. This isn’t the first time we’ve had an issue with them and we’ve turned the cheek but this time it went to far!

Food is unbelievable, the portions magnanimous, the staff friendly and prompt, the atmosphere has me dancing and speaking Dominican. This place is the best hideaway on post along with Guiradelco!

Really good food, and super clean. The potato salad was on point but those black beans were so good I ate them like soup
