Pure life movement studio is a gem in the neighborhood. Samantha the owner and yoga instructor teaches each class with passion and energy. She’s a warm, sweet and positive person. She created a studio that is a safe and comfortable space for physical and mental growth. I personally changed so much after a few months of practicing yoga. The strength and flexibility I acquired changed my life. I’ve always had a great experience and the studio is a treasure. Thank you!
