Purrfect Pets, Queens NY

Went there to get kitty supplies and I walked in, the associates looked at me and continued on with their conversation. The place was dark and dingy smelling. I walked around for a bit and then asked one of the sales associate if they had kitten supplies. She said that they were sold out and continued her conversation she had on the phone (multitasking) I kind of expect this service in the Rockaways tho and that’s unfortunate. Idk why there are so many good reviews, that place is horrible.

Really decent Pet Store. Vic the owner, is very knowledgeable with the Animals. Prices are very Reasonable.

Only pet store in Far Rockaway. So glad to have one. Victor and his family are the best. I personally don't have pets but I recommend it to my friends and family.

This post is from a former customer (2 yrs.). The owner and wife is condescending. The owner will schedule an appointment and not show up. He shaved off the hair of my puppy's tail and stated " you did not tell me not too". He should know better after two years of services. The shop needs a good cleaning and a make over.

Don't buy ANYTHING from this place. I bought a hamster and he died 4 days later. I bought everything from here. He was sick from the first day. The people who work here are incompetent, can't tell you anything about the animals they're around all day, and have no clue how to handle sensitive situations. I highly doubt they're going to explain to my 3 year old how a hamster we just bought died. I've heard rumors that this place sold sick animals but I wish I'd listened. The health inspector needs to investigate. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. The staff said we can get another (possibly sick or dying) hamster or store credit but no refund. Why would I want ANYTHING from a store that sold me a dying animal? Trust me, make the longer drive now so you don't have to later.

Sells you sick pets and the owner is a scam don't shop here will sell you a pet with minimal papers then promise to pay for.the shots they need then don't ever call back.
