Q Smiles Dental - Wappingers Falls

The dental hygienist is amazing! I normally am squeamish but she made me feel comfortable - it was painless. Highly recommend!

I had a dental emergency and while I reside on Cape Cod - I needed to be seen. EXCELLENT experience all around!

We agreed on a price for a crown. 4 months later I get a bill for an additional $1300 plus late charges. Mind you there was no previous bill sent. I paid the $800 agreed upon before the service was provided as they said I needed to pre-pay. They also collected money from my insurance even though they told me they didn’t take my insurance. And now I owe an additional $1300 in phantom charges? I encourage you to stay away and watch your pockets.

All Staff members are very pleasant, helpful, they don’t rush you off the phone, receptionists go out of there way to make sure everything is done and set, if you ever need any help they’ve always been very happy to assist. I would definitely recommend coming here!

I have a fear of dentists but from day one i felt totally confident and comfortable. The staff and dentist are extremely courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Q Smiles Dental.

What an awesome place! My daughter loves going for her appointments at Q Smiles! Our Dental Hygienist, Karen was informative and engaging which made my 6 yr old have fun and laugh. If my daughter was scared of the dentist, then Karen took all those feelings away, replacing them with excitement and enthusiasm to clean her teeth and see the dentist. The Dentists and front desk staff are so friendly, gentle, patient and sincere to all, especially for kids and their parents. We have had the same experience at our previous appointments and for that I thank you and with pleasure do I recommend them to anyone at any age, but especially for the kiddos!

In full disclosure, I am a huge fan of my teeth and highly value my dental care. My hygienist, Brittany, at Q Smiles is excellent! She took great care in learning my medical history before she started my treatment and tailored the experience such that it was highly professional, thorough, and enjoyable. I'm genuinely looking forward to my next Q Smiles Dental appointment with Brittany in six months.

Dr Ye Shim have the magic touch with her hands, she is an amazing dentist.all my life I avoid going to the dentist but for the first time I don’t fear it. I will never ever let any dentist touch my teeth except for the funny gentle patient Doc Shim! She sees that I have a phobia/fear of the drill and her “the dentist” so in order to calm me down while she uses the drill on my teeth she would tell me in details what she is doing and she even make jokes to make me laughs. She have the most gentle touch ever with the drill and my nerves. I am so lucky to find such a knowledgeable problem solving and determined doc who really understands my needs. Thank you Doc Ye Shim u got an A+ from me.

Q Smiles had a very warm environment from Receptionist to Hygienist to Doctor. I felt comfortable as soon as I sat in the chair. I would recommend them hands down. Going to have to reevaluate some of my daily routines to keep my teeth right. Thank you everyone at Q Smiles…

I visited for a possible infection and Dr. Shim explained everything clearly to me and was super helpful. The office staff was polite and I had almost no wait time for a same day appointment. I booked a regular cleaning in a month and will update the review then.

I am very happy with Q Smiles Dental. I really like all the dentists and the hygienist, Karen. I hope this is my last dental office ever.
