5 Great experience working with Alex at Q's power equipment. I was looking for a new zero turn and they made the process easy with how knowledgeable they are. I had them order some accessories for the mower and they installed them prior to delivering it.
The delivery driver, Rusty, was awesome as well. When he delivered he took the time to show me how to use it.
Highly recommend them!
Lately I feel that there dropping the ball they've had my belly mower for over a year now and lately no answer from them on details to know about getting it back
Service quality and time was great. My only issue was parts price. Drive belt on my Cub Cadet 2018 XT2 was replaced and was charged $88.29 for the belt. That same belt on Cub Cadet website cost $55.99 retail. That difference is hard to explain.
Always get my lawnmower prepped for the season and repaired if needed.
This place is amazing. So nice to have so much stock on hand. If you're looking for a mower, chainsaw, snowblower, rototiller any type of power equipment. Power equipment. They have it, and usually have it in stock. Go see! Alex, he knows what he's talking about.
