I took my car to be repaired due to my doors being severely damaged. Everyone who works here are super professional and knowledgeable about the services they provide to customers such as myself who need services to their cars. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. They take their work serious and I’m grateful for their business. Thank you!

$400 just to check to see if the frame is straight.not to fix it but to put it on a machine only.

I found a reputable company that has been in the business for 49 years that will not charge to diagnose it. So my highway safety will be in tact and my pockets will not be robbed.

I went to Quality Auto on a recommendation from a friend. Even though I didn’t know the process or what was going to happen with the insurance company, Richard was there to help me every step of the way, and willing to work with me. Even though, for reasons of my own, I decided to let the car go, Richard nonetheless provided some great recommendations and I truly felt like he cared.

The customer service is of the utmost quality. Hence the name, these guys I will recommend for all types of auto body repair. Truly professional and I was completey satisfied.

The guy was nice but overpriced the work. I went to another place for the same job requested for 75% less than the price he told me.

There are not enough stars to express how happy I am with the overall service I had received at Quality Collision. I brought my Jeep Cherokee in after being involved in a hit and run. Richard and staff were nothing but professional the whole way. Even with Covid, they delivered incredible service. I picked my car up today and I could not believe my eye, I thought I was picking up a new car from the show room. I would refer Quality to anyone.

I came to Quality (as it is one of Geico’s recommended auto sites) needing the front bumper, fender, driver’s door, both rims, and quarter panel to be repaired (while I was parked, another car side-swiped basically the whole left side). Richard, Anthony, and the whole crew did a stellar job - it truly looked like new. Initially I was told it would take about 2 weeks, but in actuality it took about 6 weeks. During the update calls, Richard explained that on top of the pervasive delays and upset that COVID-19 has caused, there was also a part that arrived damaged and needed to be replaced. Of note, though, in NONE of the calls was Richard defensive - he was always explanatory and very gracious. On the day that I came to pick up the car, as we did the final inspection I noticed some scratches to the rear bumper that I didn’t remember my car having. Even though records indicated that they were there prior to the repair, Richard, on the spot, offered to replace it, at no extra cost to me. In his words, he was satisfied if I was walking away happy with the finished product. I am really grateful for them going above and beyond when they certainly did not have to. I gladly recommend this shop for their courtesy and professionalism, attention to detail, and their dedication to customer satisfaction. To Richard, Ralph, Anthony, Joanne, and everyone else, thank you again!

My car was vandalised and I just picked this place because it was close. They were very nice, it took a bit longer because of issues of getting parts but the end product was amazing. I forgot how nice my car looked new, they detailed it, gave it a good cleaning inside and out. Couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend these guys and the nice lady at the front desk. All of them are aces.

After a minor accident I took my car here for repairs. The owner was very professional as the staff. They worked quickly and I had my car back in no time. My car looks brand new they did an awesome job. Also when I left my a.c started sounding a little funny they told me to bring it back they checked the A.c motor
and found leaves inside it. He didn't charge me for it. He didn't have to do that but he went above and beyond. My Ac is perfect now. I really recommend this place to Anyone! 5 star service! Thank you!

Excellent service and superb quality! Run by a great guy, and his people working the floor do fantastic work and really take pride in what they do. Went through Geico, they replaced two doors, repaired several dents, and refinished several scrapes. Looks like fresh off of the factory floor. Paint is a perfect match. Very reasonably priced. They are now my go-to autobody if I need any future work done.

This place and theses folk's are the best! No nonsense get it done fairly. I've been taking my cars here for over 15 years and never got rooked. You cannot go wrong here. Right people right parts done right!

This place is the best.customer service is great the people are great and most importantly there work is impeccable. I had taken my brand new 2017 BMW 430 I xdrive for repair here and they did such a good job that no one can't even notice that my car has been hit.such great people that put quality work and customer service first I appreciate them and will make them my shop of choice for now on.
