Quality Fence of Peekskill

Very disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism we received from this Company. They (Tim) scheduled a time to visit our home to determine the cost of installing a chain link fence however, after several attempts to obtain the estimate a week later via text, still nothing other than a misleading responded text message. Customer Service is definitely not this Company's strong point. We will be contacting "Angie" (aka Angie's List) which is where the recommendation originated from and ensure that are made aware as well.

I dealt with them on a different matter. From introduction to answering all my questions the familiarity and friendliness could not have made me feel more comfortable. From Tim to office and yard personnel, very personable and professional. I was very impressed!

Good experience all around. They know what needs to get done and are very good at making it happen. Professional and quality from top to bottom.

Tim and his guys did a great job repairing and completing our fence. He had great recommendations and worked independently to finish the 4 acre enclosure in such a short time. Would definitely recommend and hire them again!

I have had the worst experience with Cristian and Tim. Trying to coordinate scheduling with them became very difficult. They are young and
inexperienced when dealing with customer relations. Tim Actually yelled at me on the phone because he could not figure out what had taken
place on the job site. Those two guys do not communicate information. I wanted to reschedule a day to do the vinyl portion and apparently it was
a huge deal and he continue to yelled at me! I had to remind him that I'm a CUSTOMER not an employee. Christian and Tim do not get back in touch with the customer. After giving the second payment I still have not received a final invoice not sure if there is some shady business going on here but make sure you get all documentations. And DO NOT HIRE THEM!

Tim was extremely helpful and was professional throughout. I got a vinyl fence installed on my property and the work was very well done and overall was a very positive experience. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a fence installed on their property/business.

I bought a gate from quality fence in Peekskill. The name says it all, gate was excellent quality and the buying experience was very pleasant.

From beginning to end it was a great experience to have them working on my property. It was easy arrangement. Cristian came on time measure the area where the work was going to be done. The next day they gave me a great price. It took a couple of days to finished because my backyard is a hill with lots of rocks. But that didn't matter to them. The work was done and they cleaned up the area took all the waste away. Thank you for your professionalism.

Great service and a great price. Timely response to initial phone call and repairs done within days! Tim was great and now our backyard is totally secure for the safety of our puppy!

From start to finish, the process was easy with Quality Fence of Peekskill! Our neighbor had moved their fence, which created gaps in our fence and the neighboring yards. We weren't sure how to fix the two openings and didn't want our small dogs to be able to run out of our yard or even reach the dog in a neighboring yard. Tim was very responsive to our concerns and got back to us immediately with a solution. Bobby was fabulous with his handiwork, and it was a pleasure having him here while he worked. We knew our situation was a tricky one, and we're so happy with the solution created by Quality Fence of Peekskill! We will definitely use them again for any of our fencing needs.

Quality Fence transformed the entrance of my driveway. I’m still in shock with how beautiful it came out. Their work is incredible and they were great to work with! I wanted a 100-foot-long wood stockade fence to match that belonging to my next-door neighbor (in this neighborhood no one uses vinyl). The Quality Fence guys did a fine job matching it and putting up a fence in rough terrain.

Even during these crazy times of Covid-19 Quality Fence of Peekskill worked around the clock to get the supplies delivered and to get the job done.
