If I could give this place no stars I would. First you pull in to no parking to check in. Parking, which is only a few spots, In the back with no entry. You have to walk down a flight of stairs and through the place to get to a small elevator. We reserved a room with 2 queen beds, come to find out they don't have any queen beds evidently just full. It's noisy. I'm not talking the planes I'm talking you hear all the noises in the hotel. Beds was ok, room was small. Bathroom was average, except the toilet felt like you was sitting on the floor and it was positioned under the counter! Front desk lady was nice but didn't even offer to compensate that we didn't get what we had reserved. All she would say is the sight needed updated. We will never stay again. Not worth what we paid for the night. Floor left your socks dirty, and didn't have enough towels or washcloths in the bathroom. The tiny bottle of shampoo had been used, glad I don't rely on there's. Breakfast wasn't great, we skipped it. Pictures online that we had seen made the place look decent, we joked that they got them someplace else. Our sheets looked like they had greasy food on them that didn't come out. The blind in the window wouldn't open and should've been replaced ages ago. No microwave, and the tiny mini fridge was on the floor under the desk. Horrible time and wouldn't recommend staying.

My room was freezing cold and the bedsheets were paper thin. Only a scratchy blanket saved me.
When I took a shower the bathroom ended up flooded with 2 cm of water.
Breakfast starts at 6 but really it meant that at 6, the employee starts putting it up, so don't be too much in a hurry.
Shuttle car left 10 minutes after it was supposed to.

This place is baller ash! Staff is super helpful especially the supervisor Zoey! She was up late and helped us get checked in quick and easy! Would 100% recommend staying here!

The staff was friendly, but our room was terrible. Very small, and the fitted sheet was thread bare with lots of little burrs. Ensnared in all those cotton burrs were several long black hairs. Neither me nor my wife have long black hair.

I was checking in very late at night and the supervisor Zoey was very helpful and made the whole process very easy. I will definitely be staying again!

Run, do not walk, to any other hotel near the airport. The shuttle is a private car, and it did not match the description I was given when I called (they told me a black car, and the car that came was a red car with sale stickers and a missing license plate in front). The driver of the car was angry he had to tell me "two or three times, " to get in when I called to verify he was actually with the hotel.
The rooms were.intense. I found black hairs on the towels, bedsheets, and pillows. Being a blonde, I am certain they were not mine. Grungy floors and extremely thin blankets.
The shuttle service the next day was delayed by 25 minutes due to the fact it was again a random car and the driver could not fit everyone. She then had two people sit on top of each other in the front seat to take us all in one trip.
Honestly, the only positive experience was the guy at the front desk. He was pretty polite. Do yourself a favor and book one of the many other nearby options.

This spot was the worst thing I ever did they charged me so much money for nothing meaning: no hot water at all for two days there is no on site management there just a receptionist who doesn't know how to help anyone, the TV didn't work an mind you this is the jacuzzi room so think on what I'm saying oh an the kicker women's hair not my wife's all in the sheets an pillow case so needless to say we checked out early no need to say another night in hell. And I will be calling my bank on this an disputing these charges

Waited an hour for a shuttle for a 7 minute ride. The shuttle support line kept telling me the shuttle was almost there and gave an inaccurate eta multiple times.

The best parts about staying here are the friendly driver who picked us up at the nearby airport, the cleanliness of the rooms and the amazing Indian restaurant across the street. Check-in was slow and unnecessarily confusing. The emergency exit door SLAMS every time someone uses it, Breakfast was adequate, nothing to get up early for. And don’t even think about asking for an extra pillow; it’s like living through some weird episode from Seinfeld!

I am a Choice employee working for a Platinum award hotel in Canada. I have an employee reservation using my SED code. After spending 7 hours on the road it's 2h30 AM to get there, the receptionist announced me they have cancelled my resevation without notice because they don't do SED. They have pre-authorised my credit card. They cancelled my reservation to rent the room at a higher price.
How can you treat a colleague like that? If I didn't have family to call to spend the rest of the night on a couch I would have slept in the car.
This is they worst place to reserve a bunch of heartless people.
You cannot say you are working in hospitality. This hotel is a racket business.

Rooms are NOT sound proof at all. Very noisy hallways. You can hear doors closing and opening, people on the phones being loud, people walking down the hallways, people using the vending machines, you can hear the loud cars & trucks outside. The neighborhood is not that great either. The rooms were clean but the beds are old, they squeaky and you can see the indents of where people have sleep.

Kristen at the front desk saved our trip to CT this weekend. We had to find a new motel and I called to see if they had any rooms. They did and we were not disappointed. Rooms are clean, staff excellent, we didn’t try the confit breakfast but I’m sure it was spectacular! Absolutely would book here again!
