Quality Italian reviews
22Came to this place on a whim while walking around the Central Park. We got seated on the second floor which had nice views overlooking the 6th ave. We got the chicken parm pizza and some beer to go along with. The pizza was delicious and I liked how the chicken parm was quite thick and crunchy. Touch of honey and additional small toppings like chili flakes that they provide with the pizza made it even better. Overall, I really enjoyed both the ambience and the food from this place, and I would love to come back to try their other Italian dishes.
We were twenty minutes late to dinner due to the rain and our inability to get an uber. The manger Noah was not accommodating - apparently gave away our Tabor for ELEVEN people- which we found hard to believe in the five minute delta between their 15 minute grace period and the 20 minutes it took for us to get there. He was also phenomenally rude. Post COVID in an industry that has struggled maintaining an elitist we are rude and doing you a favor attitude by letting you eat here is at best unfortunate and at worst a serious error in judgement. The 11 of us will never eat there again and we will tell all of our friends and colleagues why.
Not what I expected. Ordered shrimp cocktail (good) and calamari (tasted like a hamburger bc of the bacon) as appetizers, so I guess the waiter thought that was all I was going to order. Waited 20 minutes after telling the waiter the calamari was no good, to finally order my main coarse. By the time my filet showed up my kids were sleeping. My filet was butterflied and still undercooked. I ordered broccoli along with filet - showed up overcooked. Tourist trap. Not worth the price.
First trip into NYC and the family wanted to try what we thought might be authentic New York City Italian food. Word of advice, Olive Garden, with it's bland menu is 10 times better.
We was visiting NY and want to dinner there after looking the reviews but it wasn’t good at all they look us like we couldn’t pay for the food and take more than 30 min to take our order it was so long that I had to leave my husband finishing his dinner without me being able to even order mine because My baby was tired of waiting. My husband ordered a meat medium and was raw.a bad experience this place is over evaluated
Appropriate portion sizes and our waitress was very attentive. Strawberry Shortcake was amazing. My one reservation was how noisy it was for a conversation, but I'm from Iowa so probably need to take that with a grain of salt.
Great food as good as it gets. Great service an amazing lobster prepared tableside Flames and all. Pasta fresh homemade.
Great cuts and great handmade posts too! Phenomenal wait staff. Roberto from Brazil was is a fantastic and charismatic waiter. I would honestly come back just for him, but also the food. 10/10 would dine again
Wow! Food was great- portion size and taste. The ambiance and music was cool, but our favorite (wife and I celebrating our anniversary) was the spicy orange sorbet. Will definitely be back!
Excellent food and service. We had a larger group (eight) and we shared everything family style. Really great experience!
Food is great especially the corn creme brulee. We went for lunch, which does not include the chicken parmigiana pizza. But apparently you can call ahead to request it. Menu is a different for both lunch and dinner. Service is great and lunch was as well.
I came here with a group of friends for their famous chicken parm pizza. It is pretty amazing. A pizza arrives at the table. It looks like a margharita. You dont notice any chicken parm on it. You bite into it and eventually realize the crust is not bread but chicken parm that has been pounded into one pizza size piece. Pretty amazing. Corn creme brule is amazing as well.
Would not return-unfortunately our most recent trip will be our last. Horribly rude staff, poor and *cramped* seating, and mediocre food. Once a gem, it is time to look elsewhere.
Wow. Pleasantly surprised wonderful food, great service. I'm not sure that the name of the restaurant really does the overall experience justice.
Food is ok. Service is the institutionalized type. Good factory food. Good for business meeting not so unique for date night.
Best sirloin steak I've had in a while. Perfectly seared and crusted on the outside. Perfectly juicy medium rare on the inside. We'll be making a trip back here soon!
Such a good restaurant it fits all crowds. It has great Italian food such as agnolotti, and great steakfood such as Filet Mignon, and great seafood such as U7 Shrimp or Clams which are also great. My #3 restaurant in the world only behind #2 Mannys in Minnesota and #1 St Elmos in Indy (you should read my reviews for those places too). Quality Italian also has the best bread in the world. Great food, great service, and great atmosphere, excellent place for a nice dinner or event. 10/10
The venue is very dark, but the food is top notch. Seafood and steak were delicious, ending with a shot of lemoncello. Wine selection is strong on red, but not as good with the Chardonnays.
My pasta dish was good, not great, and for $38 it shouldn't have been such a small portion. Paying for location.
This place was amazing. Our server Roberto was very helpful and suggested great items on the menu. We had the chicken parm, probably the best I've ever eaten.
