I would give -0 to this piec of =+%% company I dont know why Sears have a contract with the company? They dont pick up the phone they dont even resolve the issued! They do not nothing!
Sears should be doing somenthing about this issued

I had a repair contract through Sears to fix my washing machine, and Sears gave the job to this company. They will not answer the phone, or confirm appointments. I finally had the customer service person at Sears contact them and I was able to make an appointment with them to fix my machine. However, no one came. I called multiple times to find out if the repairman was delayed - but nobody would answer the phone. I stayed in my home all day, and missed work - for nothing. So, I called Sears and they had the appointment rescheduled. Believe it or not - the same thing happened. No one came - no one called to reschedule - and no one would answer the phone. Not only did I waste 2 days waiting for the repairman, I have not had use of my washing machine for a month because I had to wait for these appointments. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This is a company that should not be in business. Unreliable and rude

calling them like pulling teeth, no reply.this supposed service provider - outsourced thru assurant was a total waste of my time.they no show and do not even extend a courtesy call, they behave like you owe them something, they should be grateful if they have customers.technicians do not know what they are doing let alone fix an appliance.stay away! Fair warning.
