Bad service I’m just wash my car there They return me my car dirty they didn’t clean my rugs my car was full of sand

This is one of the worst car wash establishments I have ever taken my car to. My car ended up smelling like old, dirty towel rag after coming out of the wash. Also, I noticed many scratches on my car after workers wiped it down. I highly DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

When the time comes this is the place to have u car clean i pay about 50 dollars and i get my minivan like new i really like this place

My car was dirty from the snow storm and I thought it would take 2 turns in the car wash to get it clean. But they did a good job on the first pass.thanks for the great service

Maybe I'm prejudiced. I wash my car here daily. But this "gas station" has everything. The best car wash in Queens, high quality Citgo gas, rest room, huge shop for food and beverage, auto supplies, and opened 24 hours, everyday, and a great location.

I went here for a car wash. First they left soap all on my car, then when I asked the guy to wipe it down PLEASE he walked away Into the basement. I asked another worker he told me tell the manager I looked for a manager there was none present then the guy at the register tells me the car wash has nothing to do with the gas station.i go back and they were closing. HORRIBLE service. Long story short my car was left dirty with soap everyone walked away from me when I asked for help and this was the worst car wash ever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Tried their exterior wash service and these people got soap inside my car, their dryers can not dry the vehicle properly

Decent car wash. Was plowed early after snowstorm so I was able to get an undercarriage wash to take car of all the snow and salt.

They don't clean your car as thoroughly as other car washes and I think it is because they cater to taxi and limo drivers who have their cars washed daily. I had to remind them to Armour All the tires and clean the door wells. After 7: 00 pm they have a discounted exterior wash, I would say take advantage of that and go someplace else for a full service wash.

This car wash sucks. They leave your car all wet and machines and the guys washing the car before the machines do not do a good work because they leave your car dirty

Just had my 18 year old Ford Econoline Compounded and Detailed. Was expensive but now my van looks brand new!

You get your gas at competitive pricing, you have a deli with most of everything you need at a rest stop and a great car wash (they really take their time drying your car) after 7pm you can get a cheap priced wash all in one place

If you pay $35 for a carwash you shouldn't have to use your own rags to finish drying and buffong your car.

Came here for a car wash, car came out more dirty than before it went in. Smuges all over the windows, half the car was dry half was wet. Signs saying they increased the price of the car wash because NYC increased the min wage, meanwhile all their workers are Mexicans (not offending my amigos, i love you guys, but I dont think the car wash pays you on the books), went in to ask the manager for a monthly fee, he was dismissive and told me 130 a month.

Very very rude people. Car was machines don't even work and instead apologizing they curse their customer. Please go there if you don't value your money
