Queens Boulevard Endoscopy Center reviews
14 Great Service, Great Doctors, Great Nurses
Exceptional service by everyone
Was treated like a king
Thanks to everyone there
Avoid this place at ALL COSTS. Doctors double bill their patients' insurance and then you have to deal with hours on the phone with outside middleman providers to figure out why you're being charged. My mother is on a Medicare Advantage Plan and yet keeps receiving bills from some outside agency for charges that have already been claimed. Despicable and disgusting!
This place is terrible. Thos is the second time my son came here and his procedure didn't start on time by over 2 hours. No respect for their patients. They say get here n hour before the procedure. I say get here two hours after your appointment time so you only wait one hour. Ridiculous.
Is a very professional, compassion, respectful and patient staff. The place is very clean and organize. I will always came to this office to have my endoscopy ans colonoscoy done.
Very friendly and helpful stuffs. Highly qualified doctors and very expert assistants. Highly recommend.
Overall, I am very happy with my experience here. On the day of the appointment the check-in process went smoothly and on time. The staff were very friendly and Dr. Paddu was very professional. The only slight issue I had was receiving the prep instructions but apart from that everythinf went well.
I've had a Colonoscopy and an Endoscopy with Dr Albert Shalomov my Gastroenterologist. He's a great DR loving, caring, takes time with his patients. The staff is wonderful and the office is very clean, comfortable, is a long wait, but you're waiting in a nice place. Atfer the procedure they feed you and treat the patients very nice. They make sure you're feeling better. Then they send you home. Today I'm having another Endoscopy Godwilling.
My husband’s schedule for colonoscopy was at 10: 00am, we waited for 5hrs for his turn. Worst service ever! Don’t go here!
I had a bad experience there, even though the nurses were nice, but the wait was long, i didn’t like the doctor who did the procedure he was kinda of mean, the worst part was they forget to send me the medicine to my pharmacy!
For starters the doors are supposed to be open at 7 AM nobody open the office until 7: 30am. The appointment was scheduled for 7: 30am this very unprofessional hopefully I’ll never have to come back here again
Grandmother had a wonderful time during her visit. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the location is always clean.
I just had my Colonoscopy at Queens boulevard endoscopy center. The staff was so attentive and professional. The facility was emaculate! What a wonderful place.
Perfection. All the nurses are kind and attentive to your needs. They explain everything well and make sure you are taken care of.
Despite the long wait and had to fast since i had to go for my endoscopy, the girls in the front were very helpful. The room was more spacious and clean that's a plus, So was Dr. Izquierdo and the assistants.
