Went perfectly through covid. Had my temperature taken. And the time was wrong on the temperature mo itor

Amazing staff, I didn't have to wait long to be processed. Everyone was really helpful, from the security guard to the front desk staff, to the clerk. I am shocked that the reviews made are so low. It was a easy and relaxed environment to wait in.

Unable to find Property Assessor's office phone number or web page. Can you send me in the right direction, please, for recording deeds?

We went to get our marriage license and it was a good experience. After we went through the metal detectors the clerks office is to the left and down the stairs, where you will meet another security guard. Have your ID’s handy.we went right to the clerks office since we already had the application completed online (you get a reference # after online completion, just show the security and she will get you a number)

Tip is- Make sure you fill out the application online first before you go and it will be that much quicker.

Overall, we were in and out in about a little over an hour. The staff inside the office space is ok, just pay attention to the signs and use common sense, you will be fine.

Do I have to make an appointment for the marriage license? What is the price and how is the means of payment?

Honestly I was skeptical about coming here since I read a lot of negative reviews, but I went there last week Wednesday and everyone was very polite, from entering The building all the way to getting the marriage license. I did not have a problem at all I am glad I went there. My ceremony will be next week I hope all goes smooth as it did when I got the license.

If it’s allowed I will give a 0. They have the worst service. Everyone is sooo rude here. Since the government are taking so much money from us. Can’t you hire some educated people?

I’ve been trying to call three different numbers for the past half hour and no one cares to answer a phone in that office. I absolutely hate the poor work ethic and laziness of nyc employees. They can’t be bothered apparently. Disgusting

Waste of a time no one ever answer the phone they get paid to do absolutely nothing I got married in oct and I send in my certificate for a license n yet still no response what’s so ever

The worse place ever! Nothing but racist people working there! The female security gaurd that hands out the marrige license applications screwd up my application because I was white. First she starts telling me if Trump can get married, anyone can get married because Trump is the worst thing ever. At this point I could care less about her political opinions, Im here to get my marrige license. Then she gives me application stamped A001 but on the board they are already calling A003. When I told her she gave me a bum number she would not admit her mistake that was on purpose, and told me to go back to the end of the line and start the process over. Im going back soon and going to record everything live on fb

I was skeptical about going to this particular office based on the reviews that I saw but I got the opposite reaction. My fiancé and I went there around 8: 45am on a Wednesday and we were out in less than half hour. We filled the application online also. There was no long line, our seated waiting time was like 5 minutes. The security guards were extremely nice the clerk that dealt with us was welcoming and friendly. It was a great experience

Terrible. The associate was rude and unhelpful. We had to speak to her supervisor who was more willing to assist after hearing how rude she had been to us. She even said "You must leave now I have other customers. " like we are not good enough for her time. Throughout this whole transaction, the worst part was that she never even once mentioned her name.

They don't answer the phone ever! Marriage license (s) take forever to do. May their time be wasted like our time is always wasted!

If there would be less than 1 star, I would rate it below. Not even one normal and/or nice person out there! Make U wait lit.over 2-3 hours & line up as if ur in the army or something. When it's your turn & ur not even finished yet, the Chinese lady forces you to get up by saying next next.can't even ask questions! Basically need to learn on ur own!

Definitely needs improvement. Last Friday, May 26, many people couldn't get married, and wasted their time waiting in line. According to the Security Officer, the system never went up.

The security guards there are horrible. They think they are cops and treat people like dirt. They are racist towards Asians and Indians.

It was awful waiting time was terrible and the clerk Ms.rusek should be fired. She is a very rude and stupid lady.

Came here for my marriage license. In and out in 30 minutes. Surprised at how efficient they were because you usually expect lazy city workers. Friendly staff
