20Always a long wait, very unprofessional and people are entitled. They need better management and they need to get it together ASAP.
This place was very pleasant, the staff were friendly n helpful, maybe because I was one of the first to arrived to the place, it took 2 to 3 minutes to finish my paper work. Last time wow were very rude n unhelpful, had to wait long time about 1/2 day. This time I was very early, so was the first to go in to the office.
Most of those people forget they have that job to help people who need it. They tend to be nasty and rude. It's a horrible place to go to.
No communication, no one ever knows what they are doing. Not even supervisors. No parking around. Constantly give you run around bc they don't know what they are doing so you will be back a couple of times before you get any help.
Rude, mean, discrimation and no manner at all. If there is 0 star, I would definitly will put on it. If u don't like the job, go somewhere else!

Costumers service is nasty, loud, rude everything in one. Its bring down this place. They need to know how to talk to people. Not because we getting help from the state. Mean we get disrespect. Even the supervisor curse in before of me.
LOL, I came here first thing in the morning to be first place in line. It's been 2 hours since the office opened and I am still not being processed

As of October 2017, this location has moved over to 1 Honeywell Street (Main Entrance) with Medicaid office on the 3rd Floor. This information has not been updated on the website!
I went up for recertification it was approved. Believe me gentlemen there is no comparison in your welfare system and other places. More people in need should be directed to you for instruction and assistance. If every office was like yours they would exemplify the reform system

Staff or Representative whoever works there, they are all rude. They were talking each other while people was waiting for long time. Lazy
Worst and lazy stuff i had ever seen.they aro too slow and not helpful.i ask the representative to help me about the form bt she didn't.and their attitude is so rude
It was excellent. From the security, front desk, back office, all personnel were extremely helpful and I got my work done in a very systematic and smooth manner. Kudos to the team out there!
I hate this place not one employee knows what thay are doing and don't let you ask questions. Only what they say and then get out of the way l. Went back and 3 times and still my insurance was cancelled. Then the supervisor thinks it's ok to scream at the customers. These people don't realize if it weren't for the people they wouldn't have a job. Even the security there is very nasty. Not profesional at all thes people need to take some clases.
This is the worst place you can go the give you attitude they don't help you, if you can even ask a question they respond rude to you horrible

I visited this centre today 18th and I was treated with respect, kindness, and care was shown to me after I explained my hearing loss plus not feeling so good. I only wished I had taken the name of the lady whom helped me. Thank You! I hope the management take note of this comment.
